In the transcript style, the speaker name is &lt;i&gt;not&lt;/i&gt; a template parameter, it must be added by hand, but that allows us to link to the speaker however we want.  Otherwise, the speaker would most likely be a template parameter, but that breaks down if we have multiple speakers.
