	I understand that nearly every dictionary lists as the only definition of "tonite" the explosive. Here's a case where I feel the dictionaries are behind the curve of actual usage. A misspelling implies, to me, a usually unintentional spelling of a word which varies from the norms. So, ''color'' and ''colour'' are not misspellings but variant forms, but ''culor'' would be a misspelling of the word.
