I like where you're going with your signature, but before you get too far with that image, there's a couple of things I thought I'd point out from [[HRWiki:Signature]]: "Your signature must include a text version of your username, with a link to your user page" and "A background other than white is strongly discouraged, and any such background must be confined to the immediate text area."
