	Thank you contributing to the Wiki. The main reason for a new version of Scrawn Job.jpg was because it is in the wrong format. Screen shots from toons should always be in PNG. The only exceptions should be photographs of live action or it was originally in JPEG to start with (such as from a different site). See [[HRWiki:Standards#Screenshot]] for additional details.
