Below is your current sig, with the blue box being the maximum length allowed by our current [[HRWiki:Signature\|signature standards]]. It seems that having "This page has been" in your signature pushes it significantly over the maximum. I'm sure you can come up with a way to shrink it back to a reasonable size.
