Secondly, according to [[HRWiki:Inclusion guidelines]], page content relating to a possible running gag ''"needs at least three to four appearances in Homestar Runner toons or emails and must be significant in some way to the Homestar Runner world in contrast to the real world"''. As we can see, there are plenty of times characters have cried. Furthermore, whenever a character does cry, more often than not they do so in a completely over-the-top manner which rarely happens in the real world (especially with The Cheat and Homestar Runner). Such instances are highly notable, so it makes sense to create an article grouping all these breakdowns in one place. Besides, we have an article on [[Strong Bad smiling]], something that happens pretty much every other week, so why not an article on the opposite end of the emotional spectrum? 		+	::::::: After reveiwing the posts, I see that no one has even made it clear that this should be deleted. No one has even said this was not needed. Alsom the recent consensus seems to be keep on the recreation of the Tears article. So, unless anyone has any reasons why this should be deleted, then why don't we remove the TBD template?
