Though I appreciate the idea, and recognize the frequency of the misunderstanding you're talking about, Ation, I can't really imagine a situation where someone completely new to the site gets a crack at posting an update. What I ''do'' think should be included in this template is a link to the [[HRWiki:Tour\|Tour]], or better yet, the entire [[HRWiki:Introduction\|Introduction]].
