	+	Just so you know, according to the first version saved on web archive, the [http://web.archive.org/web/20040610082551/http://www.homestarrunner.com/underconstruction.html toon itself] didn't have the navbar when it was originally released. It was added three months later, between July 7 and July 15 of 2004. This is one of the main reasons why your edit to [[Under Construction]] has not been accepted by the community. And don't take it too harshly; you've brought up a handful of points that have sparked research. This is a good thing, especially in the down time of activity.
