		+	I noticed you recently replied to a few topics on [[Talk:Marzipan]]. Although joining in active discussions can be helpful, it's not that useful to reply after a certain time. For example, you commented in threads from '''[[Talk:Marzipan#Marzy's Debut\|2006]] or [[Talk:Marzipan#Cat, Dog, Same Room\|2009]]''', both well over a decade old. There are a couple reasons to avoid replying to long-inactive threads:
		+	* People might have found an answer on their own, not remember what they were talking about, or have changed their opinion in the meantime.
		+	* The users in the discussion could no longer be active on the wiki, and won't see your reply to their question. Since the site is over 20 years old (and is much less active than in the '00s) many HRWiki users have stopped posting over time. In this case, you replied to users who haven't logged in in fourteen years.
		+	* A lot of users (like me!) browse "Recent changes" to find active discussions. But excessive replies to off-topic threads are just distracting, since the discussion won't pick back up after such a long time.
