:Yeah, they are hard, although I would say that this last one was by far the most difficult. If you look through [[:Image:NES Ending.jpg#File history|the image history]], you'll see that they're not all as difficult: some are easily recognizable to people who have played those games, some have text in the picture that can be searched for on Google, and many can be found through [http://www.vgmuseum.com/end/nes/ vgmuseum.com]. As for following you around, no, not really, but I do pay attention sometimes when I see your name in [[Special:Recentchanges|Recent Changes]]. :Yes — what you should do is...
:#Create a page at [[User:Visorbot 386/sig]] and put the text <code><nowiki>[[Image:wiki.png|20px]][[User:Visorbot 386|Visorbot 386]]</nowiki></code> there (just replace the sample image name for whatever image you want, and you may have to adjust the image width (the 20px thing) to make sure that the image is no more than 20px high.)
:#Then, go to [[Special:Preferences]] and paste <code><nowiki>{{User:Visorbot 386/sig}}</nowiki></code> into the "Signature:" line.
:#Now, whenever you want to leave a signature with a timestamp, just type four tildes (<nowiki>~~~~</nowiki>). If you want to leave a signature without a timestamp, just type three tildes.

When things are deleted, as are off color pages from time to time or
even just maybe regular maintanence. How you do decide that?

:Are you asking about a specific item in particular? Most deletion decisions fall into one of the following categories; I've listed the conditions required for deletion next to each one.

:*Normal article created in the mainspace — put the <nowiki>{{tbd}}</nowiki> template up and delete if consensus to do so is achieved.
:*Article intended for or resulting from blatant vandalism — immediately delete.
:*Articles/images/etc. whose creator/uploader requests deletion — immediately delete.
:*STUFF pages — wait seven days after the last item has been closed, then archive items and delete template. ([[HRWiki:STUFF/Verdict|see here]])

:Also, note that all deleted pages can be retreived, and poor deletion decisions are subject to reversal by other sysops.
