{Mike and Matt Chapman are sitting in a room with a wooden wall, below a picture of Homestar.}

MIKE CHAPMAN: Hi, welcome back. Here we are in the bonus section of the DVD. This segment is called "Exaggerations". This—

MATT CHAPMAN: This is a little something we were going to put on the website some years ago. We made a few of them. We decided maybe they weren't ready for mass consumption.

MIKE CHAPMAN: Not quite.

MATT CHAPMAN: So we'd, um, shove them onto a DVD somewhere down the line, maybe.

MIKE CHAPMAN: So what we're gonna show you here is the original line, and then some exaggerated crazy versions that you guys are— you guys are— you're gonna love.

{The screen displays "the original", and then cuts to Homestar Runner and Pom Pom in Marshmallow's Last Stand, as in Marshmallow's Last Stand.}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: These are some great marshmallows, eh Pom Pom?

{The screen displays "exagerration 1". When it cuts back, Homestar and Pom Pom are drawn as bad caricatures. Instead of marshmallows, they have coffee cups sitting on a table actually made out of the word "TABLE", and a picture in the background displays the words "a joke". The only other object in the room is a large gray rectangle behind Homestar.}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: {falsetto, sounding nothing like Homestar} Dese are some great marshmallows, eh Pom Pom?

{The screen displays "exaggeration 2". It cuts back to the very same scene as before.}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: {in an only slightly-exaggerated version of his regular voice} These are some— {moves upwards, revealing that he has no legs} These are some— {moves downwards and closer to Pom Pom} These are some— {moves up even higher than before, still close to Pom Pom} These are some... {moves into Pom Pom's lap} Glade PlugIns, Tom Tom.

{The screen displays "exaggeration 3". This shows the same scene, but with a closeup on Homestar. The coffee cups are now on the characters' heads.}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: {whistling noises}

{The screen displays "the original". This time, the scene includes Strong Bad jumping jacks from A Jumping Jack Contest. The Cheat appears immediately.}

THE CHEAT: {The Cheat noises}

STRONG BAD: Ah, The Cheat! Is everything ready?

{Exaggeration 1. Strong Bad is drawn in a potbellied, mustachioed caricature. The Cheat, who now appears as little more than a rectangle with eyes, a nose, and three very curly locks of hair, literally drops in from the top of the screen.}

THE CHEAT: {sounding nothing like usual} Meepmeep meep! Meep, meep, meepmeep meep!

STRONG BAD: {in an exaggerated oozy voice} Oh, oh, oh, oh, OOOOOOOOH! A-The Cheeeeeat. Iss eve-ray-thing {starts floating toward the top of the screen on each syllable} a-da-dee-da-deedly da!

{Exaggeration 2. This time, The Cheat arrives from the left side of the screen; everything else is identical in appearance.}

THE CHEAT: {strange noises that vaguely resemble a turkey}

STRONG BAD: {yawn} Oh... The Cheat... Caught me at a bit of a bad time here, uh... Is everything, um... mm-hmm?

{The original: Homestar (star-less) is in the Arena near the end of Marshmallow's Last Stand.}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: Now how about my star back, Strong Bad?

{Exaggeration 1: Homestar is drawn on the right-hand side of the screen in black-and-white, with his hat and a star clearly visible on his shirt. He is short and fat in this scene. The background is entirely gray, with darker gray indicating the crowds.}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: {in a whiny version of his regular voice} Now! How about my {jumps up} star back?! {drops back down, but his head shifts to the left as though it's a typewriter} Strong Bad! {His head returns to normal.}

{Exaggeration 2. This one is a closeup on Homestar.}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: {in a deep slurred voice} Now-ooo how-ooo bow-ooo my-ooo sta-ooo ba-ooo, Sto-ooo Ba-ooo?

{Exaggeration 3. For this one, Homestar is standing more toward the middle of the screen, leaning back.}

HOMESTAR RUNNER: {in a voice almost identical to Eh! Steve's} Now how about it... {his neck opens to say the next part} how 'bout it, Steve?

{Cut back to Matt and Mike.}

MIKE CHAPMAN: Oh, wow. Those were crazy!

MATT CHAPMAN: Man, I— I wasn't ready for those, Mike, and I made 'em!

MIKE CHAPMAN: Those were crazy!
