Nerdiest Diapey
The diaper reference is from the Alphonse Elric character in Fullmetal Alchemist where his apron has been mistaken by the others for a diaper.

- This is a very long stretch.
- It was probably just some guy wearing a diaper, or something like it.
- This is also the case for other animation characters, such as Samurai Jack.
- There is not enough evidence to prove that the fan in question had dressed up as Alphonse Elric.
- If this is a reference to anything, isn't it more likely a reference to Li'l Strong Bad's "Dirtiest Diapey" in "record book"?
Additional comments:
- Instead, have a fun fact that this refers to the common mistake of Samurai (or something) outfits being mistaken for diapers, or something like that.
