Why is this an intentional double redirect? There's no reason for this to be an intentional double redirect!

- I'm inclined to say that this shouldn't be a double redirect, since those don't allow for anchors. This shouldn't just end up at the top of the page if the first redirect points to the Alien Cow Marzipan anchor.
