:I beleive the reason for that is that the girls in Teen Girl Squad live in their own universe apart for the H*R world (except for the glitch in [[virus]]). On the other hand the Unnamed Girl interacts with Homestar and Strong Bad in her appearances as if she was part of their world.

There is a minor mistake in the fun facts selection. It says that the only female smurf was Smurfette. Sassette was also a female smurf and was a pretty common character.

Since this comment from a month ago hasn't been addressed, I'll go ahead and make a tentative change noting that Smurfette was not the only female Smurf. Smurfette and Sassette were created by magic (the former by Gargamel, the latter by the younger Smurfs), but my memory can't recall if Nanny Smurf has an origin story or if it was just left unexplained. I'll also make it a bit more ambiguous as to whether Marzipan is the only female in the Homestar universe, while noting she's the only main character who is female. == Vegetarian or vegan? ==

Does anyone know whether Marzipan is only vegetarian, or is she a vegan? Vegan seems more in line with her animal rights activism, but I've only seen references to her being a vegetarian. Hey, Gir007, have you ever heard of a ''veggie'' burger? Besides, I'm sure that Marzipan wouldn't even have any meat in her kitchen, so Homestar wouldn't screw up like that.

A reply to this conversation: Marzipan's nature is pretty much that of a hippie, and hippies are liberal by definition. And a reply to Darth Katana X: "newbie"-ness has nothing to do with how long you've been around - it has much more to do with your attitude and the way you treat other users. If you act like a newbie and you are rude to people (especially when it's unnecessary and uncalled for), you'll get called a newbie/troll/whatever, and treated as such. == Biography ==
'''Marzipan''' is the only female character among the [[Characters|primary characters]] of the [[Homestar Runner (Flash cartoon)|Homestar Runner universe]]. She is a tall and thin character, she wears her hair in a bright yellow ponytail, and she is almost always seen wearing a purple dress with white trim and gold buttons at the bottom. (In [[Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 12.2]], she reveals that yellow is not her true hair color, suggesting that she dyes it.) Like [[Homestar Runner]], she does not appear to have [[Lack of Visible Arms|visible arms]], but nevertheless she is able to pick up and handle objects and play the guitar. Marzipan is the only character voiced by [[Missy Palmer]].

Marzipan is Homestar's [[Homestar and Marzipan's Relationship|girlfriend]], and early on in the site's history, this seemed to be the primary reason for her existence. Her character has developed greatly over time, however, and their relationship no longer appears to be their main focus. Marzipan has actually broken up with Homestar several times, some of which were due to his unintentional mean streak, others so that she could demonstrate her independence. At times, Homestar even shows feelings of contempt and resentment toward his girlfriend, as seen in the email [[narrator]] (when he calls her "some type of enormous alien cow"), and in [[Happy Fireworks]] (when he uses a [[Cardboard Marzipan|cardboard cutout]] to imitate her and then tells her to shut up). Luckily for Homestar, she continues to love him dearly, and the two always seem to end up together again.

Marzipan's status as the only girl in [[Free Country, USA]] has made her the target of quite a few prank messages on her [[Marzipan's Answering Machine|answering machine]] (most of them left by Strong Bad), as well as the unsolicited romantic attentions of several other characters (most notably [[Coach Z]] and [[Bubs]]). Despite all of this, she is very kind, and she is friends with almost everyone (though she is not fond of [[The King of Town]], and she [[marzipan|really doesn't like Strong Bad at all]].)

[[Strong Bad]] once described Marzipan as a "dirty hippie without the dirt." She is a strict vegetarian — she especially enjoys tofu and soy products — and she spends much of her time singing and playing her guitar. Most of her songs are about happiness and nature. She often makes protest signs to express her views — among these are "[[Wikipedia:Chinchilla|Chinchillas]] OUT!! (of my basement)", "[[Decemberween|December Ween]] Kills Bunnies", and "Down with D'Ween".

Marzipan has often been mistaken for a broom. Her "Joey Ramone" costume in [[The House That Gave Sucky Treats]] seems to suggest that she may actually be shaped like a broom. By contrast, the emails [[secret recipes]], [[date]] and [[secret identity]] all show her sitting in a manner that seems to contradict that possibility. In the email [[long pants]], she claims that she is not a broom, much to Homestar's surprise. In [[highschool]], she is shown to have long, skinny legs like Daphne from the Scooby-Doo cartoons, but due to the fact that Strong Bad has an "unphotographic memory" (or "doodle memory"), this may or may not be true.

Marzipan tends to anthropomorphize inanimate objects — for example, her guitar's name is [[Carol]], and she once asked [[Strong Sad]] to resurrect her ficus plant, [[Credenza]], from the dead. In addition, she has occasionally been fooled by poor imitations of Homestar, such as [[Tofu Homestar]] (in [[The Luau]]) and [[The Cheat|The Cheat's]] costume in the email [[do over#Easter Eggs|do over]]. She once named an ordinary sandwich "[[Homestar Jr.]]" and started treating it as though it were a small child, and in [[Halloween Potion-ma-jig]], she created a potion that could transform Homestar into several different forms, including a strange clone of herself. It is unclear if any of these behaviors reflect a desire to change, replace, or accept alternate versions of her boyfriend.

Marzipan sometimes works with other characters on various projects. For example, The Cheat made a Flash video for her song "[[Oh yeah yeah]]", and she recently teamed up with The Cheat and [[Strong Mad]] to form a band called [[Cool Tapes]], in which she sings lead and plays Carol. She has appeared in the ''[[Dangeresque]]'' series of short films, and she once attempted to teach Strong Bad how to make [[lady fan|an attractive centerpiece]] out of junk mail and kitty litter. She also has hosted a [[Fall Float Parade]] with Coach Z.

Although Marzipan currently wears a long dress that seems to fit her hippie lifestyle, Strong Bad's "doodle memory" shows us that, back in [[highschool|high school]], she had short hair and wore a very short skirt and lipstick.

::::Me, I didn't really do much of anything a normal tourist does. I went up to stay with my friend, who I met a couple years ago online. We've been planning this forever. I stayed at her house up in Nottingham, so most of the sights I saw were generally A) really cool and loud, 2) around the general Nottingham area, and D) more "fun" than "historic" or "tourist-y". My mum and sister did the whole bus-tour thing throughout England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, and even nipped down to France for a day, though. :Sure I can! When a page has been trolled or had a bad edit made, the simplest way to change it back is to revert it. Each page has a history of every edit made to it, see. Up at the top, you'll notice a little tab marked "history" (it's the fourth from the left, usually). Click on that and it'll bring up a page of all the edits made to that page, most recent ones on the top. Find the version you want to change it back to and click the date for that version. This will bring that version up in the window for editing. Just type "reverted" or "rv" (or "rv/v" for vandalism) ito the edit summary box beneath it and hit "save page". My close friends call me Seany-sama (or just Seany), which is what I'd prefer to be called if you must refer to me by name. My introduction to [[Homestar Runner|Homestar]], [[Strong Bad]], and the rest can be attributed to my friend [http://abra-chan.deviantart.com/ Koneko]. She's to blame. She sent me a link to [[sibbie]], and it all went from there. I can also tell you that it was sometime between [[colonization]] and [[video games]], based on the [[Scroll Button Songs|scroll button song]]. As of now, I have seen every single thing on the site (except for the [[Stinkoman 20X6 Enemies and Items#Bosses|20X6 bosses]], but more on that later). I consider myself to be a wealth of information, but I really get it all from this wiki right here. I don't even visit the [[HR:intro.html|main site]] to check for updates anymore...

== Stinkoman ==
[[Stinkoman]] is by far my favourite character. I'd love for there to be a real [[20X6]] anime. I'd watch it. [[Stinkoman 20X6|The game]] is a good start, but for the life of me, I can't beat a single stage of it (except [[Stinkoman 20X6 Walkthrough Level 3#Stage 3.2 (Transcript)|3.2]], and even that takes a good 45 minutes or more). It's still fun anyways. Stinkoman, incidentally, was how I found the [[Main Page|HRWiki]]. I did a [http://images.google.com/images?q=Stinkoman&hl=en Google Image search] for Stinkoman, and one link lead here (I think). Anyways, I'm here now, and here I will stay. *My best accomplishment is [[Sound Effects]]. On [[User:It's dot com|It's dot com]]'s suggestion, I made the page. I have a love for making lists, and I made almost all that page myself. Some people helped with formatting, but I did almost all the content. And [[User:Smileyface11945|Smileyface11945]] added the very cool OGG files to the page. Feel free to help me out too!
*I also like to clean and protect the wiki. Teen Girl Squad seem to be a parody of Funky Friends (A girly fad). I once saw a comic about them that was very similar to Episode 3. One of the girls even looks like What's-Her-Face.

Although the concept of everybody dying is absent, TGS reminds me of Girl Squad from an episode of Dexter's Lab, wherein a bunch of girls would do stupid stuff because they thought they were fighting crime.

Do we really need "See Also" if we have the navigation template at the bottom of the page with many of the links already there? And if it isn't in the template, shouldn't it be? I think the template is enough, using "See Also" only in instances where there is no Temlate, yet there is still a distinct link between no more than 2 or 3 pages. '''Teen Girl Squad''' began in the [[Strong Bad Email]] [[comic]], when a girl named Brittany asked if [[Strong Bad]] could make a comic strip about her four friends: Virginia, Joy, Kristin, and Jennifer. Strong Bad's spur of the moment comic strip soon became a series of its own. Teen Girl Squad centers on four teenage girls — [[Cheerleader]], [[So and So]], [[What's Her Face]], and [[The Ugly One]] — who like to buy clothes, attract cute boys and look "SO GOOD!" Unfortunately, they are often subjected to the random dangers of Strong Bad's overactive imagination. Being [[Death|killed]] doesn't seem to be a problem for the girls, however, for they are always back for the next episode.
