Also, other characters will refer to him as Charles, which is implied to be his given name.

The '''Blue Laser Commander''' is the evil mastermind behind [[Blue Laser]], an evil terrorist-type organization. His sworn enemies are the [[Cheat Commandos]]. He has a high-pitched, screechy British accent. The only differences between his uniform and that of his [[Blue Laser Minion|minions]] are that his patches are red while the minions' patches are blue, and that he lacks a visor. He instead has an eye patch that switches sides whenever he turns around, due to the fact that Cheat Commandos is just a badly animated 30-minute commercial disguised as a cartoon.

As the commanding force of an evil league of violence, the Commander naturally has several plans for world domination. In the original [[Cheat Commandos (toon)|Cheat Commandos Commercial]], he has his men build and guard a satellite dish, so that he could... do something. (unfortunately, the Cheat Commandos destroyed the satellite dish with a devastating rocket that left a sole survivor).

He also had a plan to blow up the ocean, "Operation Ocean Blow", as well as a plan code-named "Operation Don't Crush Ourselves" which seems to be a standing order not to cause [[Wikipedia:friendly fire|friendly-fire]] incidents due to ineptitude. This plan also seems to fail a lot.

His most deadly plot was in [[Cheat Commandos...O's]] when he faked a report of his secret desert base relocating to a secret desert, when in actuality, he had relocated to his [[Blue Laser's Nana's Backyard|Nana's backyard]]. His plan almost succeeded, but then [[Crackotage]] dropped the Cheat Commandos a box of Cheat Commandos...O's sugar cereal, saving them from exhaustion.

His most recent plan was to buy [[Grout Clean'r|cleaning products]] on Double Coupon Day at the [[Price Style|Price Style supermarket]], since he believed that the main reason he couldn't defeat the Cheat Commandos was mildew.

He is well disposed to extreme exclaimations of joy or frustration, to wit: "FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!", "Well that's JUST GREAT!!", "I just hate you SO MUCH!", "WHAT THE CRAP?!?!", and [[Shopping for Danger|"Old ladies SUCK!"]]

In [[Commandos in the Classroom]], Blue Laser asks [[Firebert]] to smoke some candy (a chocolate bar) with him. His 'plan' fails when [[Silent Rip]] drops a smoke bomb and Firebert lays down some suppressive fire. Then, he almost gets hit by some surface-to-air antioxidant missiles which may have been fired by [[Reinforcements]] (who shows up right after the missiles).

Blue Laser Commander is a parody of [[Wikipedia:Cobra Commander|Cobra Commander]] (the Cheat Commandos are a takeoff of [[Wikipedia:G.I. Joe|G.I.Joe]]), especially the following traits:
*His partially obscured face covering some kind of blemish
*His uniform that is similar yet distinct from his henchmen
*His screechy voice
*His volatile, psychotic temperament

According to one sketchbook update, Blue Laser Commander (or possibly every member of Blue Laser) was originally going to be an [[Old Characters|Ungurait]], but that idea was abandoned.

*A get up noise like that is not even possible on carpet. Strong Bad's stool makes a noise as if it were scraping against tile or hardwood floor.
