He formulates many evil schemes in a constant attempt to crush the Cheat Commandos, to no avail. He has a high-pitched, screechy British accent. Reynold is a civilian contractor for the Cheat Commandos. He wears glasses and a fake tie, and his favorite drink is milk. In addition to the Reynold action figure, you can also buy Reynold's Apartment Extreme Playset. In the Cheat Commandos commercial, we learn that he once had a girlfriend who would buy his groceries for him, but she left him some time ago.

Reynold's first appearance as an animated character was in the Toon Shopping for Danger. He is unhappy with his job and wants to go on a mission with the other Cheat Commandos, believing that he could be a "good mission guy." However, according to Crackotage, he can neither shoot nor fly, so if he were to go with them, he would probably die. In fact, all of the rest of the Commandos seem to treat him as though he were a kid, illustrated by his lesson about Appropriate Peer-2-Teen Choice Behaviors in Commandos in the Classroom after a frustrated Reynold threatened to go home and "get teen pregnant".
Reynold's tie and glasses are reminiscent of classic nerd Drew Carey. He suffers from strabismus, a muscular failure that causes the eyes to move in different directions when not wearing corrective glasses or lenses. He has a romantic interest in Foxface, the only known female Commando.
Crackotage is a member of the Cheat Commandos. He is a jet pilot (he's that guy that flies that plane) and possibly a master locksmith. His name implies that his main roles are sabotage and infiltration. He saved Gunhaver, Silent Rip, Fightgar, and Firebert from exhaustion when they were in the secret desert by dropping Cheat Commandos...O's from his plane.

He speaks in rhyming couplets (all ending with a four-syllable laugh), in what is almost certainly a parody of Roadblock from the cartoon version of G.I. Joe (of which "Cheat Commandos" is a parody), and Blaster from the original Transformers cartoon, who also did this. It's worth noting, however, that rather than actually sounding a lot like Roadblock, Crackotage's voice is very similar to that of Jazz from "Transformers" (voiced by Scatman Crothers), who didn't speak in rhyme, yet this too seems intentional, given the label on his toy packaging, "listens to jazz". Another "Transformers" reference could be how his airplane resembles Starscream. He pretty much lost the ability to speak in couplets in Commandos in the Classroom.

A member of the Cheat Commandos, Gunhaver seems to be the leader, although Flashfight may be the leader as well. Among his mission credits are leading an action figure storage vehicle attack on Blue Laser, leading a search party to uncover Blue Laser's secret desert headquarters, and staving off the danger of Blue Laser saving oodles of money at Price Style.
He also makes a cameo in an Easter Egg in Teen Girl Squad Issue 7.

Despite his name, (pronounced as "Gun Havver") and a claim on his box, Gunhaver has not been seen with a gun to date. However, it has been seen hanging on the wall and labeled by Reynold in Shopping for Danger.

Gunhaver is a direct parody of Duke from GI Joe, complete with John Wayne voice.

Gunhaver is one of the Cheat Commandos featured in the first Cheat Commandos figurine set.
Flashfight is probably second in command of the Cheat Commandos, judging by his three medals, five buttons and his being "In Charge of Stuff!!" His name sounds similar to "Flashlight," and he also has a flashlight. Save one appearance in the original commercial, he has yet to play a role in Cheat Commandos cartoons.

He seems to be a parody of GI Joe's General Abernathy Hawk.
