Personally, I think the name is fine and descriptive enough. I'd like to know what alternatives @RickTommy wanted to propose. ::Something that was left out of the final product is called an "outtake". A blooper or a gaffe is when an actor does something unintentionally unprofessional. Besides, "blooper" is a funny-sounding word. "Unscripted Narration" sound boring and sanitized and doesn't get the point across.
