Actually-actually ;), I thought people would think it was a Naruto reference because of the backgrounds. Although those backgrounds don't feature in the Naruto show in and of itself, it does feature in Cartoon Network's ads for Naruto, and add that with the ninja references and you'll see how people could get the idea. There's also a refrence to the video game Dynamite Headdy in that scene. The wave background reminded me of the first fight with Trouble Bruin(the teddy bear) in which those waves were seen in the "japanese" background in the fight. Don't know what I mean? Watch a video of level 1 on YouTube. Then you'll see it.

I think the lyrics for "Brain Sister" are wrong (The trancscriber didn't seem too confident anyway). The line "She's a {mile?} away" sounds like it ends "all day" to me, not "away". When I first argued for spelling out the word, it wasn't so much about right or wrong, it was just about clarity and accepting that TBC, awesome as they may be, are fallible (or in this case, subject to constraints). A significant portion of the wiki is devoted to mistakes (the "Goofs" and "Glitches" sections) so I think it's important to keep an open mind even when the "puppeteers", so to speak, show up to provide clarification. Why does Homestar say "la dee dah de dah"? Why doesn't he just say "Everybody, Everybody" like how the song actually is?

I believe he says, "Everybody, Matt is our leader. Everybody, Matt is our leader," i.e., Matt Chapman is making his character refer to himself.

Has anyone heard the song "That's Good" by Devo (from the 1982 album Oh, No! It's Devo)? 'Cause the "Everybody, everybody" of the Intro theme has the same rhythm as the lines "Everybody, it's a good thing" from the song I refer to. I know it's nothing truly notable, but I couldn't help but think of Homestar when I first heard the Devo song. Just a random comment.
