Recently, I heard on an internet radio (radio KoL, from the website www.kingdomofloathing.com) a song called "Strong Bad vs Rammstein: The System is Du" that was taken off of this email. RKOL sighting confirmed: it's in the Google cache for the KoL radio front page. A cursory reading of the above STUFF entry shows that, no, the fact was not declined. The vote was to remove the "jalapeno" reference but keep the Jay and Silent Bob. It was then returned to the page... and removed some time later due to an apparent misunderstanding.

Most notably, however, it's spelt "Silent J" as if it were the letter as opposed to "Silent Jay" which would indicate a direct correlation. On the Internet Archive's [https://archive.org/details/the-system-is-down page for techno]. someone comments that the inspiration for this song could come from [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVQUw2GpqnQ "Break the System" by Sentience].
