G-Mom?
Is this the first SBEmail to mention the Strong Bad and Bros have a living grandmother? I know in looking old Strong Sad mentions a possibly living great grandmother, so conceivably it makes sense their grandmother is still alive. A worthy trivia mention? 13:22, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
:Not necessarily, we don't really know if either of their grandmother's are still alive. The line was "turn into presents your Grandma's knitted for you". Strong Bad may have recieved that scarf a long time ago. Stribbs 13:53, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

It's all about the Benjamins
I think there should be an explanation about Coach Z's use of the slang Benjamins, but I can't figure out how to phrase it. The term comes from having Benjamin Franklin on the face, and it was popularized by Sean "Puffy" Combs "It's All About The Benjamins". Anybody want to take a stab at phrasing it (or is it something that shouldn't be noted)? 15:31, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

:I concur. Awexome 15:38, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
::I think it merits a reference, but I'm kinda stuck trying to word it, too. Any help?

Shapeshift Unto
Isn't that phrase from some superhero show? Awexome 15:38, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
:About the best I can think of The Wonder Twins from the 1970s Superfriends show, but it seems more like a general nod than a specific reference. 15:41, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
::Wonder Twins said, as I recall, "Wonder Twins powers activate! Form of an ice cube! Shape of an eagle!" or something like that. Is there any basis to the fact mentioning Wonder Twins anyone is aware of? 23:55, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

Shapeshifting Limitations
Are the limitations that are mentioned based on other shapeshifting characters? Does anyone know those references? --71.250.238.120 18:57, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
: He's exaggerating for effect. I am aware of the Animorphs, who were shapeshifters who had the limitations that they had to touch an animal to turn into it and would be trapped if they stayed in a form for more than two hours at a time. -- 21:11, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
: One of the Wonder Twins could only morph into an animal, and the other only into a form of water. Darkman could only hold his form for 99 minutes, Ranma 1/2 changed back and forth from being immersed in water of a certain temperature. The "gun but no bullets" thing seems more Green-Lanterny to me, but I suppose that it's sort of a Clayface limitation. I recall that once he morphed into Black Canary but was discovered since "she" couldn't remove her blonde wig. Tirian 22:30, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
:: There's also the T-1000 who couldn't "turn into a bomb to get [John Connor]". Danny Lilithborne 23:57, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
:::Following the DC Comics trend, Beast Boy can turn into any animal, but always stays green. (It's better than how he was originally scripted, where he could turn into any animal, but couldn't change his head...) --DorianGray 03:51, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

Marzipan
Marzipan looks strange in this. I think it's because of the eyebrows. Does she always have eyebrows? 19:39, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

:I believe that's sort of a "frightened look," like what the Peanuts characters have when they're frightened or something. Believe me, she had that look before. --Charlie Jr. 21:41, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

Foreign Deals
"Strong Bad saying "norweigan deals!" after turning into the king of town is a reference to business trip where the king of town was the foreign conglomerate, and Strong Bad and Homestar tried to land the deal."

ok, so what about "swedish deals"? i don't think you can say one is an inside reference but not the other because they're clearly supposed to be related to each other, and besides, going from "foreign" to "norweigan" is a ridiculous stretch. ...plus there's a distinct lack of capitalization going on here. --Zatchman (Neumannz) 20:30, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, this is a TTATOT.

-Everybody!

......no, it isn't. It's just... a stretch. There's a difference. There's no "That" or "The Other Thing". - 23:57, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

"presents your grandma's knitted for you"
Okay, I think "grandma's" may be a grammatical error. It could be an improper pluralization (possibly accidentally or for comedic effect, like "be's friends"), or it could a contraction of "grandma has," though that's very irregular. What people think? Arrkhal 22:51, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
:I assumed "grandma has" being that he meant anything your grandma has ever knitted for you.
::i don't think it's as irregular as you think --Zatchman (Neumannz) 23:38, 31 March 2008 (UTC)

Proves that Coach Z wears a skin-tight green exercise suit?
I think this email proves that Coach Z's green "skin" is actually a skin-tight suit, since he's able to put the dollar bill into his pocket.

(The guy who forgot to sign his name the first time... -Everybody!)

:Think of one of TBC's big influences, though: Looney Tunes. How many times did Bugs Bunny pull something out of a pocket in his fur, or even unzip it to take it off? Fur, however, is undeniably skin (okay, fine, a part of his body). As my dear grandma--er, poopaw--always said, it's just a cartoon. -- 00:01, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
:You never see his pocket for the rest of the sbemail.User:chipwich

Democratic Party reference
Is it possible that the blue Exact-Same-Style-Balloon-Animal being referred to as a donkey has something to do with the Blue-Donkey-Democratic Party vs Red-Elephant-Republican Party imagery that is common in the United State? — Flashfight 02:55, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
:I'd say probably not. The donkey and elephant are usually both based in blue, with a red stripe bearing white stars. If anyone can contradict me, though, have at it. -- 14:39, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

Good work, but it needs grammar correction
What is this easter egg when you click on Strong Bad's disk container?--76.234.22.197 04:06, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

It's a Youtube video code... --Mtp1997 19:39, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
What's the meaning of the code in the easter egg at the end?
What's with the easter egg when I click on the diskette box at the end? I can't decode the scrap of paper that comes up. It doesn't appear to be mentioned on this page at all (though it's hard to tell what's on this page with the garbled text).

Garbled code discovered -- It's a Youtube hash!
Ever paid attention to those weird codes used to bring up YouTube videos? You know, the ones that basically guarantee you'll never see a particular video coming when a link is posted? I (and a few others by now) took that code and appended it to the URL prefix "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=" and got a video for Strong Bad Gameways, which is some kind of introduction "safety video" to the Homestar Runner Wii game lineup I suppose.

Chemicals and other elements
I've not seen Terminator 2 to know, but.. "not into ammunition that has chemicals and other elements"? I can't understand a lick of it. Everything physical is made of chemicals, and chemicals aren't a type of element, elements are the building blocks of all chemicals. -- Mithent 14:34, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
