This may just be me being paranoid, but I just thought I'd let you know that MySpace told me I got phished and... I kinda had this thing going where I used the same password for everything... including my email, in which I saved an email to myself detailing how to log in to my account on this website...

So, if anybody does anything funny under my account, I just thought I should let someone with special authorities and privileges and whatnot know about it (although I have since changed my password). I might start a new account just in case, but I'm not sure yet how that'll work out.

== Forum Redirect ==

Since the HRWiki forum is down, alot of the regular users have taken refuge to http://www.inversetiger.com/forum/ . However, pretty much the only way for people on the forum to communicate to each other now is by email. Since barely anyone shows their email address, the last resort option is to communicate by editing your sig. Even then, most people don't go looking through a locked forum looking at people's sigs(which is where I found the link). The result: Only the regular users found link. So, I figured that it would be best if you posted some sort of link on the front page of the Wiki or something so people can find it.

== Fanstuff Purge: Wiki User Emails ==

There are currently a few Wiki User Emails on the list of fanstuffs to be saved, and it's been decided that this would be a great chance to get them over to the Wiki User Wiki. My question is whether it would be easier to use whatever fancy method you're using to transfer them across or whether it would be easier to just do it manually.

:I don't know if this is the specific fancy way that DC's going to use, but if you want to transfer stuff, then the easy way is to go to [[HRFWiki:Special:Export]], and put in all the page-names (one per line), and mash go. That'll give you an XML file that you can feed into Special:Import on WUW (you'll need to be sysop to use Special:Import, but Special:Export can usually be run by anyone). As well as being able to copy lots of pages in one hit, you can also (if you want) include each page's history, and all the templates they use. {{User:Phlip/sig}} 22:47, 3 August 2008 (UTC)

I saw a discussion about the explosion's colors, but I also wanted to note that in the SBemail [[death metal]] Strong Bad has a video chat with [[Larry Palarochini]], the Video Thyme uses far more colors than the explosion, and having to note all possible colors would eventually result in it no long being as much 'several' colors.
I do believe that the section on 'Colors' in the Lappy article could be removed.

I find Homestar's line very curious. In and of itself, it doesn't make a grammatical or logical sentence, but leave out that "Hallo" at the beginning and throw in a couple umlauts and some better capitalization, and you've got the title of a duet from Mozart's [[Wikipedia:The Magic Flute|The Magic Flute]], "Bei Männern welche Liebe fühlen". Especially in the early years of [[Homestar Runner (body of work)|Homestar Runner]], [[Strong Bad]]'s mouth has been most often seen to be in a slight frown, usually in a rectangular or round (when he talks) shape. His mouth was curved in such a way as to suggest he is often upset. However, there have also been plenty of times when he has '''smiled''', an effect created by slightly distorting the upper part of Strong Bad's rectangular mouth, turning his expression into an unmistakable smile. While some of these smiles were in reaction to or anticipation of his usual misdeeds, he has also found other reasons to smile. As Strong Bad became a more prominent character over the years, the rate at which he would smile noticeably increased. Smiling became a common and normal part of Strong Bad's character around 2006. Although crude drawings of Strong Bad may have their own variations of this frequent phenomenon, the real Strong Bad has, and, most likely, always will have the same, bizarre, distorted rectangle of a smile.

Whenever Strong Bad reaches an email milestone, such as 100 or 200, the email will be special or at least some note will be taken. Thus far, five emails have been considered milestones.

*50. [[50 emails]] — Strong Bad checks 50 emails (or attempts to) in honor of it being his 50th email check.
*100. [[flashback]] — The email is done in widescreen. [[Marzipan]], [[Senor Cardgage]], [[Old Timey Strong Bad]], and [[Limozeen]] congratulate him on his 100th email. Upon the Compy indicating that he has checked 100 emails with a special screen, Strong Bad says "email" 100 times. [[Homestar]] says "Happy 100th birthday, Strong Bad".
*125. [[rock opera]] — features scenes and at least one word from all of Strong Bad's emails.
*150. [[alternate universe]] — Strong Bad goes into many alternate universes featuring alternate versions of himself, which at the end accompany him in a supergroup ballad. Called the "sesquicentennemail".
*200. [[email thunder]] — The email song is a grand fanfare written by [[They Might Be Giants]] and sung by [[The Poopsmith]]. The email also ends with a screen listing all of the emails to date.

Frequently, a "teaser" toon is released a week before a milestone email in order to play off the anticipation for the upcoming milestone. The teaser toons so far have been [[Not the 100th Email!!!]] (teasing viewers hoping to view email 100 before it was released); [[Sbemail 150?!?]] (in which Strong Sad tries to convince Strong Bad to check email 150 and writes a proposed storyboard for it); [[Place ya bets!]] (in which [[the Deleteheads]] speculate on what will happen in email 200); and [[Page Load Error]] (in which the Deleteheads camp out at the sbemail200.html URL).

*During most emails, you see the back of Strong Bad's head when he sits in front of the computer, which is why he often starts a new line before the text reaches the right side of the computer's screen. However, on the Strong Bad Email menu, you don't see his head at all. This is probably so the viewers can use the bottom scroll button without anything in the way.
*During [[Lappynapped!]], [[retirement|retirement A]], [[retirement|retirement B]] after when the Lappy was kidnapped, and after [[hremail3184]] when the Lappy is destroyed, it was still used for the Strong Bad Email menu.
**If you clicked the random.bat button on the Lappy after [[hremail3184]] was released, Strong Bad would still say the things during the random email selection even though he wasn't still there.
