*In a season five episode of ''Angel'' entitled ''The Girl in Question'', Spike and Angel visited Buffy's apartment and instead found Andrew, who was wearing a black Strong Bad t-shirt. Later in the episode, Andrew wore the same Strong Bad shirt with a pore strip plastered on his nose.
*Incidentally, Andrew is the very same character who appeared in the Trogdor-laden ''Buffy'' reference. Since both shows are the brainchildren of creator/writer/executive director Joss Whedon, we can probably assume that the creator of Buffy is also a fan of Homestar Runner.

In early 2004 the show Pulse on G4TechTV talked with the Brothers Chaps, and asked them about the new game that they are developing for the Atari 2600. They showed many video clips of their Atari game. The Chaps talked about how they record their voices and how successful they have been. They announced that later this year they are going to release a DVD with the first hundred emails. After the commercial break, the hosts interviewed the company that is developing the Homestar Runner game, Videlectrix, which was really just one of the Brothers Chaps wearing a fake mustache.

However, with the flipper file loading the main scene, <code>_root</code> actually referrs to the ''flipper'', not the scene itself. The Brothers Chaps could have gotten around this by using the <code>[http://livedocs.macromedia.com/flash/mx2004/main_7_2/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm?context=Flash_MX_2004&file=00001522.html _lockroot]</code> property in the flipper, but it seems they didn't know about it.
**Many of the rollover button effects on the [[Main Pages]] don't work. In most cases, the speaker simply says the name of the button that is hovered over (without moving his lips) and no visual effects or other sounds occur.
**The Eject button on the [[Character Videos | Characters page]] (which normally makes Homsar's video come out of the VCR) does nothing.
**[[Edgar#Edgar's Baby's Daddy|Edgar's Baby's Daddy]] on [[candy product]] does not appear. Neither does the [[Old-Timey]] Easter egg in [[little animal]].
**The video clips in [[HomestarRunner.com PAY PLUS!]] repeat themselves automatically.

**[[The King of Town DVD]], [[King of Town Main Page]] and anything linked from there loop at the end instead of stopping.
***Additionally, [[Revenge of the King]] seems to have a similar fate to TROGDOR! (with the broken screen), except you can not hurt The King of Town, nor does he shoot at you. The timer also doesn't work
**On the [[Decemberween Email Menu]], none of the Easter eggs work.
**The buttons on [[Downloads]] don't work.
**The [[Telebision Toons Menu]] does not work.

*Many of the rollover button effects on the Main Pages don't work. In most cases, the speaker simply says the name of the button that is hovered over (without moving his lips) and no visual effects or other sounds occur. This was later fixed.

'''Sweet Cuppin' Cakes''' is a strange and crazy cartoon that [[Strong Bad]] thought up. It originated in the [[Strong Bad Email]] [[crazy cartoon]], in which "[[Monkey D|monkeydude]]" asks Strong Bad to make a crazy cartoon.

The first official episode, entitled [[Decemberween Sweet Cuppin' Cakes]] (or, as the toon itself calls it, "Cactus Coffee and the No Tell Motel"), arrived in [[Decemberween In July]]. The email [[theme park]] refers to a "[[Sweet Cuppin' Cakes Land]]" in [[Strong Bad's Mount RidesPlace USA]] that we do not get to see. Eh! Steve and The Wheelchair appeared with [[Cheerleader]], [[The Ugly One]], [[So and So]], and [[Arrow'd Guy]] in an extra free sample of [[HomestarRunner.com PAY PLUS!]].

A detail that makes the "Sweet Cuppin' Cakes" characters distinguishable from others is that all the characters (except the ones that are based on actual characters from the Homestar Runner world (i.e., Keyboard Strong Bad and Prime Time) have cartoony black outlines, whereas the "real" characters have outlines a darker shade of their natural color.

The theme song, which was not used in the email, appears in full on the CD [[Strong Bad Sings and Other Type Hits]]. The guitar introduction can be heard on [[Main Page 18]].

His favorite Homestar Runner characters are Strong Bad, Coach Z, and The Poopsmith.

He can also do a very good voice impersonation of those 3 characters.
