TBC is ambigous on this, they say "Where's the Cheat" in the toon itelf, but "Where's The Cheat" on the toons menu. What tipped my scale was the pervasive capitolizing and name-izing of "The" in "The Cheat" everywhere else, as though "The" is not used as an indefinate article at all.
