* Tampo - Tampo's weak point is the darker colored, lower part of the brain. You can only hit it when it comes near the ground, and you'll need to jump. It starts by coming to the lower right. Stand just in range and shoot it, but make sure you're on the ground when his shots reach you, they shouldn't come close. He will then float to the top-right. You want to be closer to the left edge of the screen to be able to jump this shot. Now run to the right, about mid-screen. Tampo will do the exact same thing on the left, then will return and repeat.
* Brody - Brody tries to stomp you with its feet, but eventually it will try to peck you with its head. Just shoot Brody's head when it appears. Brody takes 5 hits to kill.
* Stlunko - Stinkoman will ride a conveyor belt on Stlunko while it tries to pound him with its fists. You must shoot at the wall on his head until all of the sections of the wall have been destroyed.

* This is the first time we have seen Stinkoman's house, or any 20X6 character's house, for that matter.

* Planet K is in the Year 20X6, where gas stoves would have gone out of everyday life, yet some can be seen in stage 2.

* To get energy pills that are hiding behind enemies without having to kill the enemy, run into the enemy with health to spare. You will take damage, grab the pill and will be invincible long enough to escape unharmed.
* This game doesn't feature the regular links at the bottom of the screen to move to other parts of the website.
* The manual has Kolkaryu listed under level 2, but Kolkaryu already appears in level 1.1.

* Skip (press space or click) the first part of the final movie (any part before the '''More Levels To Come''' scene) to enter stage 3.4: A small buggy world of cliffs and cacti.
* When you run right and jump, you will flip as if you were running left and jumping.

* When Stinkoman defeats Tampo in the first cinematic scene, Tampo dies like the bosses from the video game Contra.
* The poor control scheme (a to jump, s to fire) may be another Mega Man reference, this time to the Mega Man Anniversary Collection which included Mega Man 1-8. On the Gamecube version, the controls for fire and jump were also messed up. (a to fire, b to jump) This eventually ended up with many frusterated gamers who intented to jump over a bottomless pit, but instead fired their plasma buster instead.
* The name, Tampo may be a refrence to a japanese kind of fried shrimp(Tampura).
* In the manual it says "GRUNDY - A jogging chiken? That has to be a bold faced lie." which may be a reference to the Dashboard Confessional song "Standard Lines" which starts out, "Which of the bold faced lies will we use?" And since it HAS to be a bold faced lie... perhaps it tastes good as well? "And your taste still lingers on my lips..."

is a side-scrolling platformer game which stars [[Stinkoman]].

[[The Brothers Chaps]] showed it off at [[NYU Talk - 1 Mar 2005|their talk at NYU]] before it was released. This game seems to be based on the [[Wikipedia:Mega Man Classic|classic Capcom ''Mega Man'' series]]. It also parodies the poor "Japanese to English" translations (a.k.a. "[[Wikipedia:Engrish|Engrish]]") common to video games of that era, similiar to those that appear on the [[Scrolling Shooter Games Menu|current Games Menu]].

== Bosses ==
* Tampo - Tampo's weak point is the darker colored, lower part of the brain. You can only hit it when it comes near the ground, and you'll need to jump. It starts by coming to the lower right. Stand just in range and shoot it, but make sure you're on the ground when his shots reach you, they shouldn't come close. He will then float to the top-right. You want to be closer to the left edge of the screen to be able to jump this shot. Now run to the right, about mid-screen. Tampo will do the exact same thing on the left, then will return and repeat.
* Brody - Brody tries to stomp you with its feet, but eventually it will try to peck you with its head. Just shoot Brody's head when it appears. Brody takes 5 hits to kill.
* Stlunko - Stinkoman will ride a conveyor belt on Stlunko while it tries to pound him with its fists. You must shoot at the wall on his head until all of the sections of the wall have been destroyed.

* Planet K is in the Year 20X6, where gas stoves would have gone out of everyday life, yet some can be seen in stage 2.

* The manual has Kolkaryu listed under level 2, but Kolkaryu already appears in level 1.1.

* When you run right and jump, you will flip as if you were running left and jumping.

This is partly because of the way in which we use catagories around here and partly because of the way we list things. :When anyone edits a category page, the only thing available to edit is the text at the top of the page. The rest of the content is generated automagically by MediaWiki. That's how categories work. For example, [[:Category:Strong_Bad_Email]] only contains a short note at the top of the page regarding the emails. The actual content of the page (the actual links to the email pages) is generated by MediaWiki. Apparently there exist pages called "Kobe#1" and "Kobe#2" but whenever I try to get my browser to access these, it just loads [[Kobe]] (since the # character in a URL signifies an anchor identifier). I know that the pages are there and all different by entering "kobe" into the search, which shows that each of the three pages has a different number of bytes.

OK, I've been searching HRWiki all morning and haven't found what i'm looking for. Is there recorded anywhere on this site the DATE each item (SB email, Toon, whatever) appeared on Homestar Runner Dot Com? I'm trying to work out a general timeline of how the site and the characters developed, inspired by an interview I read with the Brothers Chaps where they discussed the evolution of Strong Bad from the Bad Guy into a host/protagonist, etc. Any clues?

Not to sound like a newb (hey, I checked through all the faqs like a good li'l MetaStar :) but why is this wiki anti-gif? Does it have to do with some well thought of software product (eg. server-side image munging software, imagemagick, et al) that has weak/no support for GIF's due to copyright stodginess, or simple protest of copyright fiascos, or afinity for things that PNG can do that GIF can't (eg. multilevel transparency unsupported in IE) or the general view that PNG's always pack smaller than gifs? (I know that in many cases GIF's pack smaller..) and/or just a call for consistency after considering that PNG's win most battles over GIF's?

No Loafing and I are arguing about which should be used on the Fanstuff Wiki. No Loafing says that it should be American English (he changed all the "ou"s to "o"s) and English English isn't allowed, but I thought that it can be both. I have had this problem on this Wiki. I prefer using British English on my edits, and constantly get people "fixing" my spelling. Since it hasn’t been said outright I believe that both are acceptable as long as one is consistent within an article. I agree that for the Knowledge Base, spelling should be the same for the whole article (or maybe the whole Knowledge Base). But for the Fanstuff Wiki, the place is for people's creations. If they choose to create a fanstuff item, it is their creation, not other people's (unless they allow it). The person who changes to "proper spelling" it would most likely be their first and only visit to that particular page. There is no reason at all to go searching (in the Fanstuff Wiki) for "colour" and "color".
A message to people who go out of their way, wasting time searching for so-called "spelling errors": American English isn't the only language. You may be able to name some other countries that use American English in defence, but English English spelling is used in many countries as well. ~[[User:Rainer|Rainer]]~

:Hmm... This is a tough one. For consistency's sake, we should have one spelling standard, and since H*R is an American site, the default should be American English. You raise a valid point, Dr. Haggis; the move to international spellings has some weight behind it, but I'm ultimately swayed by the fact that the H*R site itself features American spellings, and it would be inconsistent to transcribe Strong Bad's line as "colour" when he types "color," for example.

If ANYONE can come on to this site and edit documents, why are they all well written with good grammar and punctuation? Yes, anyone can edit, but most of the people who return to the Wiki care enough about the site to make it as useful, professional, and polished as possible. The site isn't without its "Internet speech"; if you read through the personal spaces of users, you'll see quite a bit of it. But if it appears in an article, another editor will take it out fairly quickly. Several users monitor the [[Special:Recentchanges|recent changes]] page to make sure that trolling and incomprehensible edits are removed. The moderators also do a wonderful job (er, a great jorb) of upholding the high [[HRWiki:Standards|standards]]. However (I don't have any statistics, so someone may contradict me on this), I've observed that most spelling errors and grammatic mistakes are corrected by first-time users or people who edit very rarely. H*r is my faveorite website and i used to go to it for my free time. But now, when ever i go to it, all i see is a black screen. I also have flash installed. If it helps answer the question, this started the exact same day the quality 3d games on the net started to decrease. (EX. miniclip.com robot rage and crimson viper.)AND I also have a 4 vga card, which is pretty suprising that those 3d games were good quality anyway. Is it possible to have links that will automaticly take you to a certain part of the page? (I mean the parts that the table of contents lead to.)
