This does not look good for Homestar Runner.

Throughout the course of Homestar Runner, many characters have sustained various injuries.

Appearances

Homestar Runner

• Marshmallow's Last Stand — Strong Mad swings Homestar into the floor several times, bruising his head.
• In Search of the Yello Dello New Version — The Yello Dello violently pecks Homestar in the head twice, bruising him and causing him to bleed the second time.
• Email invisibility — In a daydream he is having, Strong Bad punches Homestar in the stomach.
• Email your friends — Strong Bad convinces Homestar to stick his head into a tub full of "hot lava". It is unknown whether or not Homestar proceeds to do so.
• Email pom pom — Strong Bad pokes Homestar in the face with a pin several times.
• Email car — Strong Bad punches Homestar with his fist marked with a backwards deleted.
• Email origins — The Cheat whips Homestar across the face with a large chain repeatedly.
• Bug In Mouth Disease — Strong Bad whacks Homestar with a frying pan, knocking him unconscious. He later throws the Telebision's remote control into Homestar's face.
• Email 4 branches — Homestar is uncomfortably stuck in the Office's water cooler. Strong Bad's attempt to free him causes him great pain.
• Email licensed — Homestar sustains injuries to the face after Bubs sells him a piñata filled with broken glass.
• Email specially marked — Strong Bad throws a die-cast chainsaw car (a toy apparently "heavy and pointy enough to do lasting damage to the face") at Homestar's face.
• Jibblies 2 — Homestar is hit in the head with the Golbol, causing him to flinch and say "Ow!"
• Play Date — Homestar holds the weight of about a dozen cinder blocks on his stomach, is crushed by Bubs' Concession Stand, and is hit by a meteor.
• Homestar Ruiner — Strong Bad makes Homestar, along with Marzipan, Bubs, Coach Z and the King of Town fly out of his window when he places a banana peel in their path and thus literally "beats the snot out of Homestar."
• Donut Unto Others — Homestar's face is fried by his doughnut fryer when Strong Bad upturns his doughnut stand.
• Email hremail3184 — Strong Bad hits Homestar with a rake, a shovel, and a garden weasel, the last of which inflicts injuries so severe that his bleeding face is censored. However, he appears to have healed completely by the end of the email.
• Email dictionary — Strong Bad throws a "GIANT DICTIONARY" at Homestar's head, knocking a large tooth from his mouth.
• 8-Bit is Enough — Homestar is punched several times by the Trogdor cabinet.
• Email sbemail206 — Homestar runs into a mirror, and broken glass cuts his face.

Strong Bad

• Original Book — Strong Bad is squished by a pile of giant grapes.
• Marshmallow's Last Stand — A large chunk of Strong Bad's head is blown off in an explosion. He is also beaten in various ways throughout the cartoon.
• Tis True, Pom Pom, Tis True — Strong Mad drops a keg of melonade on his shoulders.
• Email unused emails — Strong Bad dives into his desk, smashing it in half. He then groans in pain and comments that he may have broken his "clavicus majorus".
• Email invisibility — In Strong Bad's imagination, he is sat on and crushed by Strong Mad.
• Email privileges — Strong Bad violently falls headfirst from his stool.
• Email pom pom — Strong Bad accidentally runs into the wall of Bubs' Concession Stand while he is blindfolded. Shorty afterward, he is repeatedly punched and kicked by Pom Pom after he attempts to poke him with a pin.
• Email keep cool — Homestar Runner falls through the roof of the computer room onto Strong Bad, snapping his neck against the leg of the stool. Strong Bad, seemingly paralyzed, twitches his arm and mutters: "I... breaky... spiney..."
• Email lady...ing — In his flashback email, Strong Bad's head cracks and falls in fragments after being doused in gasoline and exposed to a lit cigar.
• Accent — Strong Mad punches Strong Bad every time he does not pronounce a word with his old accent.
• Email original — Bubs punches Strong Bad several times.
• Homestar Ruiner — Strong Bad is thrown out the window of The King of Town's Castle multiple times, possibly causing him "drain bamage."
• Strong Badia the Free — Strong Bad's explosive collar explodes when he tries to leave his house in the first part of the game. Strangely, the explosion does no apparent physical damage to his body, or to the collar itself.
• Baddest of the Bands — Strong Bad is beaten and electrocuted in various ways. The player is required to abuse Strong Bad in as many ways they can to obtain the maximum score.
• 8-Bit is Enough — Strong Bad is punched by the Trogdor cabinet.
• Dangeresque 3: The Criminal Projective — Marzipan stabs a pencil into the side of Strong Bad's head.
• A Death-Defying Decemberween — The Cheat strikes Strong Bad over the head with a plank of wood with some nails stuck through it (at Strong Bad's request).

The Cheat

• The Cheat is often subject to kicking.
  • His head also explodes often.
• Strong Bad's Website — It is mentioned that The Cheat had to be shot with Strong Mad's BB gun in order to get him out of a tree.

Strong Mad

• Email little animal — After kicking The Cheat, Strong Bad kicks Strong Mad in the stomach, angering him greatly.
• Email flag day — Strong Bad is seen carving a tattoo into Strong Mad's shoulder with an Exacto knife.
• Email your friends — Strong Bad gives Strong Mad a fairly powerful kick in the knee.
• Email yes, wrestling — Strong Mad appears to have a razor blade stuck in his forehead.

Strong Sad

• Theme Song Video — Strong Bad throws a big knife at Strong Sad. However, the scene is cut before the knife hits him, so it is unknown how badly Strong Sad was injured.
• Email 1 step ahead — Strong Sad gets pegged by dodge balls and is covered in live red ants.
• Email your friends — Strong Bad whacks Strong Sad continuously with a wiffle bat.
• Email cheat talk — Strong Bad strikes Strong Sad in the stomach with his keyboard.
• Strong Sad's Lament (A New Pain - 11.23.02) — Strong Bad punches Strong Sad, though it does not hurt. As a result Strong Mad punches Strong Sad on the side of his knee instead, causing him great pain. Strong Sad names the pain in his knee "Kreigh".
• Email privileges — The Cheat hurts Strong Sad's face and hands with what sounds like a drill.
• Email stunt double — Strong Sad, as the stunt double of Dangeresque, suffers much abuse throughout the film, such as having the Heavy Lourde dropped on top of him.
• Email date — Strong Mad punches Strong Sad in the face several times, bruising him badly.
• Email dangeresque 3 — Strong Sad, this time as Killingyouguy's stunt double, is repeatedly kicked in the face by Dangeresque Too.
• Wonkavision Magazine Interview — Strong Sad mentions that Strong Bad once stabbed him with a flaming hot poker.
• Email origins — It is implied that Lil' Strong Bad drills a hole in Strong Sad's stomach, creating his belly button.
• Email slumber party Strong Sad's arm is in a sling, for unknown reasons. At the end of the email, Strong Bad threatens to dislocate Strong Sad's shoulder, and seems to attempt to do so.
• Hremail 2000 (Easter egg) — Strong Bad wears a pair of "foot pelts" resembling Strong Sad's soolnds, implying that he cut them off.
• Where U Goin' 2? — Strong Sad is buried under a pile of flaming mattresses.
• Where My Hat Is At? (toon) — Strong Sad is encased in a concrete block at the bottom of the swimming pool, and his eyes appear to be bloody and bruised.
• Email sbemail206 — Strong Sad, again as Dangeresque's stunt double, is hit in the head twice with a microwave.

Pom Pom

• Marshmallow's Last Stand — Strong Mad sinks his fist into Pom Pom's stomach and repeatedly swings him into the floor.
• I Killed Pom Pom — Homestar Runner pops Pom Pom by throwing a sharp piece of Strong Bad's costume at him. In a scene at the end, Pom Pom reappears, looking as if his pieces were crudely reassembled.

Marzipan

• Email your friends — It is implied that Strong Bad attempts to cut Marzipan's hands (if she has any) with a saw blade. It is unknown whether or not he succeeds.
• Email shapeshifter — Marzipan is attacked by a rabid The Cheat. However, the scene is cut shorty before it is shown whether she is hurt.
• Where My Hat Is At? (toon) — Marzipan is violently flung off of her couch by Homestar Runner, and it is implied that her hair is ripped out later that day.

Coach Z

• Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 7.0 — Marzipan recently had Coach Z kicked in the crotch.
• Email caffeine — Strong Sad repeatedly slaps Coach Z in the face.
• Most in the Graveyard — Bubs punches Coach Z in the face.
• Strong Badia the Free — As with all of the rebels, Coach Z can sustain several pretty bad injuries from the Homestarmy in the Maps and Minions sequence.

Bubs

• Email your friends — Strong Bad smashes Bubs over the head with a Golden Record for Everybody To The Limit.
• Ever and More! — Bubs has broken his shin in a jetski accident.
• 8-Bit is Enough (mentioned) — Bubs talks about Marzipan (Lady Crate Ape) throwing crates at him and how they hurt.

The King of Town

• Email your friends — Like Bubs, The King of Town is smashed over the head with Strong Bad's Golden Record for Everybody To The Limit.
• Email the bet — It is implied that Strong Bad drops a Typing Tutor Turbo arcade machine on The King of Town. However, the scene is cut before Strong Bad drops the machine, so it is possible that the King of Town was left unharmed.
• Email theme park — The King of Town "catches fire somehow" on "the Bowels of Trogdor".
• Email diorama — Strong Bad rips out tufts of The King of Town's beard, causing him to bleed.
• Homestar Ruiner — The King of Town accidentally eats his own foot (again).

The Poopsmith

• Strong Badia the Free — As with all of the rebels, the Poopsmith can sustain several pretty bad injuries from the Homestarmy in the Maps and Minions sequence.

Homsar

• Email homsar — Homsar is crushed by the Heavy Lourde, hospitalizing him (as suggested in Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 5.0).
• Homsar Main Page — Homsar is again crushed by the Heavy Lourde.
• Email your friends — Homsar swallows several live scorpions.
• Strong Badia the Free — As with all of the rebels, Homsar can sustain several pretty bad injuries from the Homestarmy in the Maps and Minions sequence.

The Sad Kids

• Homestarloween Party — The Sad Kids are crushed by the Visor Robot.
• Mr. Shmallow (toon) — The Sad Kids are crushed by the roof of the "sugar shak".
• Meet Marshie — The Sad Kids are crushed by a falling Fluffy Puff Marshmallows logo.

Visor Robot

• Homestarloween Party — He and his human brain short circuit and die after a tear is shed.
• Senor Mortgage — He malfunctions and explodes.

The Goblin

• Homestarloween Party — The Goblin is crushed by the Visor Robot.
