20X6 The Cheat first appears in the Games menu. If you pick up the Cheat-textured "C" pill, your ship becomes a The Cheat-styled fighter, and the game-describing avatar becomes the 20X6 version of The Cheat. Also, he appears in his spaceship form in Main Page 17 and japanese cartoon.
He bears a resemblence to The Cheat from an easter egg in the Strong Bad Email 2 years. In the DVD commentary for japanese cartoon, The Brothers Chaps point out that the spaceship seen in the email was originally going to be the 20X6 The Cheat, and agree that maybe they should still use it as the 20X6 The Cheat. This may be a reference to Tenchi Muyo, where there is a cute fuzzy thing that could turn into a spaceship. 20X6 The Cheat's name could be The Chitu. 20X6 The Cheat could be Stinkoman's pet.
