Clubs have appeared in the Homestar Runner universe several times.

• Email mascot — The Cheat hits things with a golf club.
• Peasant's Quest — The Jhonka wields either a club or a turkey leg.
• Email modeling — Strong Bad poses with a golf club.
• Emails disconnected; more armies — As the Municipality's Poopertrooper, The Poopsmith's uniform includes a billy club.
• Thy Dungeonman 3 — Fat, Fat Friar uses a "mutton chop" as a makeshift club.
• Baddest of the Bands — As security, Strong Sad uses a billy club. Strong Bad later uses it to slander Limozeen.
• Teen Girl Squad Issue 14 — Cheerleader clubs potential valentines.

• Club Technochocolate — A dance club that has made quite a few appearances.
• The Deleteheads — The Deleteheads are a Strong Bad Email fan club.
• The Broternal Order of Different Helmets — The Broternal Order of Different Helmets is fraternal men's club from Ever and More.
• Wet Knee Gumption Club — The Wet Knee Gumption Club is a club consisting of Homestar Runner, Strong Sad and possibly Strong Bad, from 79 Seconds Left.
• The Topplegangers — Described as a "shady mercenary commando biker gang and book club".
• Bubs' Ha-Ha-Halloween Comedy Club/Strong Sad's Poetry Slam — They are both clubs on the side of Bubs' Concession Stand.
• Drama Club — The Drama Club is a club run by The King of Town and consists of Coach Z, Marzipan and Strong Mad.
• Email privileges — The Cheat gains new privileges as a Medallion Gold Plus Club member.
• Email part-time job — Strong Bad claims to be in a "Bus-chucker club" (and shows his post-it "badge"), and Bubs mentions a country club.
• Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 12.2 — In one of his prank calls, Strong Bad accuses Marzipan of being in a "Goatface club".
• Teen Girl Squad Issue 14; 4 Gregs — The school booster club is mentioned.
• Dangeresque 3: The Criminal Projective — Dangeresque encounters Perducci at the Old Club, filmed at Club Technochocolate.
• Poker Night at the Inventory — Strong Bad plays poker at a secret underground speak-easy and gaming club.
