Quite often whithin the Homestar Runner universe, characters use or attempt to use others' credit cards in what is also known as identity theft.
Appearances
- Debut: Email credit card — Strong Bad forwards an email to Homestar Runner asking for his credit card number, which Homestar actually gives Strong Bad. Strong Bad then uses this information to purchase several expensive items from the_coolest_stuff_ever.com.
- Downloads — An Easter egg brings up the credit card of Lem Sportsinterviews, whose PIN can be used to unlock Homsar quotes.
- Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 10.2 — Homestar uses Marzipan's credit card to buy himself a $400 race car bed.
- DNA Evidence — The screen of the Lappy 486 includes text asking for people's credit card numbers.
