Certain characters, especially The Cheat and Homsar, possess the unusual ability to fly. Whether they actually fly or spectacularly fake it, however, is unclear in some cases.

[edit] The Cheat Flying
- Email helium — The Cheat swallows too much helium and floats all the way to the field.
- Strumstar Hammer — The Cheat learns to fly on page 15.
- Email licensed — Ferret ointment causes The Cheat to blow up like a balloon.
- Where U Goin' 2? — The Cheat flies off of the brick wall.

- A Folky Tale — In an Easter egg, it is revealed that Homsar is floating in the sky, holding up the rope.
- Halloween Potion-ma-jig — A balloon is holding Homsar several feet off the ground throughout his scene.
- Email narrator — Homsar floats a few feet off the ground, face down, while his hat floats off of him straight upward.
- Email the paper — While playing for Team Kneepads, Homsar floats several feet off the ground behind Homestar. His hat flies off of his head and lands on Strong Bad's head.
- Email mini-golf — When Strong Bad asks the Drive-Thru Whale if he is Homsar, Homsar flies by in the background and denies it.
- Strong Badia the Free — Strong Bad takes note of "a floating man" while in the Homsar Reservation.
- Baddest of the Bands — Homsar flies throughout this episode, most notably when he has to blow the fuse during the DÖI show.
[edit] Trogdor Flying
Despite having a pair of wings, Trogdor is seldom seen flying.
- Trogdor Was A Man — Near the end of the music video, Trogdor flies across the sky in front of the moon.
- Trogdor's Fiery Rage — An elongated Trogdor flies across the screen, carrying the four Gregs behind Brainkrieg.
- Trogday Micro Game — Trogdor gains the ability to fly if he jumps on a peasant.

- Homestar Runner Goes For The Gold! — Some flying sketches, such as Mr. Bland with wings, are shown. In the animated version, Strong Sad and Dijjery-Doo compete in the flying event. Strong Sad flies through the air and is glad at the fact.
- Main Page 15 — When the cursor is placed over the Store button, Powered by The Cheat Strong Sad flies through the air and is sad at the fact.
- A Decemberween Pageant — In the play, Strong Bad uses a pulley to simulate the flight of Homestar Runner (who is playing the King of Town), much to the audience's delight.
- Email lunch special — Bubs claims that he lost his superpower to fly after Strong Bad tricked him into saying "Sbu" (i.e. Bubs backwards minus the B). Homestar witnesses Bubs's flight in an Easter egg.
- That a Ghost — Sickly Sam floats out of Eustice Pietimer's exhumed grave.
- Broken Compy Menu — Homestar claims that Strong Mad flew away.
- Email dreamail — Visible strings help Strong Bad fly in the final scene.
- Email fan club — Twelve-Times-A-Day Man flies in from above as his entrance into the scene and into the Easter egg.
- Strong Badia the Free — Strong Bad briefly gains the ability to float and understand Homsar.
- Main Page 26 — In reference to Main Page 15, when Email is moused over, S. Sad flies through the air and is mad at the fact.
