Characters' tongues are rarely seen. However, when they are, they are frequently green with little or no explanation.
Appearances
- Super NES — Strong Bad's tongue is green.
- Stinkoman 20X6 — The Game Over screen features either Stinkoman or 1-Up sticking out their green tongues, depending on which level is failed. 1-Up even comments on it ("MY TONGUE IS GREEN...").
- Email lackey — When the Strong Libs page appears, Strong Bad's tongue is green. Doreauxgard's tongue is likewise green in the intro card to "The Homestar Runner and Doreauxgard Show".
- Email haircut — Close inspection reveals Strong Badman's tongue to be green on the comic book cover.
- Exaggerations — In exaggeration 2, Strong Bad's tongue appears green in some frames.
- Email what I want — The clothes-pin reindeer ornament has a green tongue.
- Email web comics — The Strong Bad character in the GamerJox comic has a green tongue.
- Email love poems — Tenerence Love, in a Powered by The Cheat segment, has a green tongue.
