Homestar Runner 20th Anniversary Show
The Homestar Runner 20th Anniversary Show was an event at Venkman's, a dining venue in Atlanta. The first show was on Friday, September 2, 2016, at 10:00 PM ET, the weekend of Dragon Con. It was first announced on @StrongBadActual on July 31 and later mentioned on homestarrunner.com in a main page message. It was a live show celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the Original Book from 1996 and the introduction of the Homestar Runner body of work. Due to the large demand of tickets for the original date, the second show was announced at the later date of Friday, October 7 with the same content and showings. It was first announced on @StrongBadActual on August 22. Tickets were priced at $12-$25 USD.
Description
Both shows featured The Brothers Chaps and Missy Palmer performing live music while being backed by Yacht Rock Revue. Some of the music performances included video content, and puppets were featured as well. Some people dressed up as characters from the Homestar Runner body of work.
The first half was mostly songs by the characters, with some songs performed by sloshy, while the second half was exclusively Limozeen until the end. Videos were playing during the first half of the show, showing the music videos for songs such as Rap Song, 2 Many Knives, and Fish Eye Lens in the background, while they were being performed on-stage. A brand-new toon, Homestar Runner Goes For the Gold, was also shown.
During the first show, at some point during the performances, the video AV stopped working, so Matt Chapman started singing bread sing-alongs with Puppet Homestar Runner, who said that the songs had the power to fix AV problems. This eventually became a running gag. After an intermission, Limozeen played, and flicked Limozeen guitar picks into the audience. The picks were previously shown in a @StrongBadActual Tweet. Towards the end, Matt invited Jamey Huggins, the person who thought of the name "Homestar Runner", to the stage to tell that story. Before performing the final song, Secret Song, Matt said that normally they'd have to wait 227 seconds before hearing it, like on Strong Bad Sings and Other Type Hits. At the end of the show, Matt said "Here's to twenty more years of making stupid stuff!", which was responded with a loud cheer from the audience.

In recent years, the social network Twitter has been used by The Brothers Chaps.
From September 2011 to January 2013, Matt Chapman used the account @ronginald.
Starting in October 2014, the Chaps used @StrongBadActual, which has hosted the vast majority of Homestar Runner content since then.

Discount Strong Bad Emails
On March 30, 2019, Strong Bad posted to @StrongBadActual:
For April Fool's day this year, I wish Bubs would feed all my sbemails into his discount neural network and see what kinda insane, eyeball-covered gold it would spit out.
This Tweet was followed by offers from numerous Twitter users to perform this experiment with actual neural networks. Janelle Shane, the owner of artificial intelligence blog AI Weirdness, extracted the text of every Strong Bad Email from the Homestar Runner Wiki and fed them into her neural network to produce over sixty original emails to Strong Bad, ranging from fairly coherent to unsettlingly bizarre. Strong Bad linked to Shane's "Discount Strong Bad emails" blog post on April 1st. On the 3rd, he shared audio of himself reading and briefly responding to one of the emails, and hinted that it could be made into something like a podcast.
Some of these emails are from familiar faces such as Dan, FL from anything and Clancy from long pants, while other senders, like Neal Haraldsson from Hamburg, are completely invented. The emails display a range of grammatical correctness that reflects that of the real email show, and make occasional oblique references to other parts of Homestar Runner, like the mention of a "pom-pom-pom" and a sender named "trudy marzipan". Additional emails, inquiring about such topics as building a horse and having swamp rats in one's bed, can be viewed by subscribing to email updates from AI Weirdness.
