Your user name or IP address has been blocked by a sysop. The reason given is this:

Account created solely for spamming

You can email a sysop to discuss the block. Note that you may not use the "email this user" feature unless you have a valid email address registered in your user preferences.

Your IP address is your IP address. Please include this address in any queries you make.

Innocent?

Sometimes IP ranges or shared proxies are blocked from editing the wiki. This means that innocent people sometimes can't edit. If this is the case, it should be explained in the reason given above.

Also, some individual dynamic IP addresses may be blocked, usually for a short period. Occasionally, users with dynamic IPs will be blocked accidentally, due to that fact that their present IP was previously used by a blocked user.
