Homestar Runner and Strong Bad Screensavers are both available for download on homestarrunner.com via a Secret Page. These screensavers can also be obtained by downloading the themes.
For reasons unknown, the Windows version will often ask for user authentication before downloading. If you are on Vista, you must open the .exe file as an administrator, by right clicking on the file and selecting "Run As Administrator".
