Hot, good-smelling, and quick to sell, hotcakes have made several appearances in the Homestar Runner universe.

Smells Like Hotcakes!

Appearances

  • Email action figure - According to Strong Bad, his action figure would sell like hotcakes, especially if they smelled like them. In the Easter egg, the figure's box is labelled "Smells Like Hotcakes!"
  • Email kids' book - On one page, Strong Bad drew himself next to a girl jumping rope, saying "hiya, hotcakes!"
  • DNA Evidence - When Strong Sad asks Bubs if he sold the DNA in a snow cone, Bubs replies, "And it sold like hotcake!"
