Jam is often referred to in the Homestar Runner universe. Besides being a fruit preserve, "jam" is most often used by The Brothers Chaps to refer to a song, especially a "number one jam".
As Music
- Everybody To The Limit is called "The #1 Summer Jam" in the Toons menu.
- Likewise, Ballad of the Sneak is the "#1 Summer Jam from 1936."
- Everybody Knows It — Puppet Homestar tells The Cheat to "Mash play on that jambox." The Jam Box then reappears in several other Toons.
- Puppet Homestar recorded a series of songs with They Might Be Giants, collectively titled "Puppet Jam".
- Email cheatday — Bubs tries to cut demos for two of Strong Bad's songs, the latter of which he calls a jam.
