{A heart-rate monitor sounds in the background as a pair of white rubber gloves gently grip a teal-lidded glass container labeled "GRODY ORGANS". An array of tools are visible in the background. The surgeon removes the lid of the container with a spoken "froosh" sound, revealing a Kick The Cheat Voicebox resting atop some ice cubes. The surgeon picks up the Voicebox, which makes squelching noises as if it were an actual organ, and cups it in his hands. Cut to a Powered By The Cheat animation of a disembodied beating heart on a tray covered with green splotches. PUPPET STRONG BAD: You've gotta save The Cheat, Doc! {music kicks in} He doesn't squeak when you kick him no more!
{The surgeon smacks the doll, resulting in no noise.}
PUPPET STRONG BAD: See? You gotta fix him!
{Cut to a shot of the left side of the doll, with "-LOCATE THE SEAM" written below. The surgeon runs his finger along a seam above its arm, then stretches it open slightly, then grabs a seam ripper and prepares to cut it open.}
PUPPET STRONG BAD: Gah! I can't watch! {turns away and covers his eyes}
{The surgeon pops one of the stitches}
PUPPET STRONG BAD: Dah! You're killing him!
{"-POP THE STITCHES" is written above, as the surgeon opens more of the seam, the footage is sped up until it is fully opened, at which point the surgeon stretches the open hole as if it were a mouth.}
