Made-Up Strong Bad Animals are creatures that Strong Bad imagines himself as in the email "animal." These were abandoned concepts, as Strong Bad eventually settles on Sterrance.

Contents

Monstrosity

"I say there, Monstrosity! Do you know the times?"

Monstrosity is the first animal Strong Bad imagines himself as. Its defining features include:

  • Claws
  • Horns
  • Tusks
  • Tentacles
  • Proboscis
  • Segmented Eyes

Although Strong Bad mentions these, it doesn't appear to have:

  • Power Doors
  • 15 Year Drivetrain Warranty

Monstrosity bubbles a green froth when it tries to speak due to its proboscis.

(Technically, Monstrosity is depicted with antlers, which are often mistaken for horns. Also, the eyes are actually compound eyes, not, as Strong Bad calls them, segmented eyes.)

Deep Sea Fangly Fish

There's always a bigger fish

The second attempt at a Strong Bad animal is rendered in Powered by The Cheat style. It comes fully equipped with Christmas lights all over, and a back deck (for dinner and dancing). Strong Bad originally envisioned himself dancing with Baby Styles on this back deck, until he realized that he was already the fangly fish. Instead of a dangling bioluminescent light, its lure is a Homestar Runner head. Somehow, the lure seems to be the brains of this operation, though it is only as articulate as one would expect from a Powered by The Cheat Homestar Runner. This is designed after a species of Anglerfish.

Da Huuuuuudge

"Oh, wow! Look at Da Huuuuuudge!"

After Strong Bad decided he's been overthinking ideas for his animal, Strong Bad envisioned Da Huuuuuudge. With this animal he tries to let the name dictate what the animal will look like. As a result, it looks like a blob. Specifically, it looks like a big yellow bubbling blob with a Strong Bad face on it. It also sports some The Cheat-like spots. Marzipan seems to be intrigued. Apparently only one of the six consecutive U's in the creature's name needs to be pronounced. It lives in what appears to be a zoo.

Although he was a rejected imaginary animal, he makes a reappearance along with the other Strong Bad variations in alternate universe, which none of the other made-up Strong Bad animals do (besides Sterrance). He is apparently able to support Strong Bad's weight, and, somewhat unexpectedly, has a very high singing voice.

The Red Steckled Elbermung

"No, no, no"

This is a red gastropod-like animal with a pattern like Strong Bad's mask around its eyes and huge lips, displayed as an illustration in a children's book. As Strong Bad reconsiders the creature, it is accompanied by targeted captions shooting down its salient features with a "no".

El Pardack

"Why do these keep coming out as nasty blob things?"

This is a stodgy creature with one arm resembling Senor Cardgage's. Its other arm is a soolnd. Strong Bad dismisses it as a "nasty blob thing". The style in which El Pardack is drawn somewhat resembles that of Biscuitdoughhandsman.

Stnank and Grumberto

Two unused creations. Poor guys.

Two animals that were to be used in animal, but didn't make it.

The name "Stnank" was eventually used in the email do over, though it was not used as any kind of made-up animal. Strong Bad made up the word to describe a mild mistake that would be worthy of re-doing.

Sterrance

Cute Ol' Sterrance
Main article: Sterrence

In the Email animal, Strong Bad settles on Sterrance as what he would "like as" (look like) if he was his own made-up animal. He decides this after a lengthy series of other failures (documented in Made-Up Strong Bad Animals). He has Strong Bad's Mexican wrestling mask, wings, buck teeth, and a yellow dangling tongue.

Strong Bad thinks that Sterrance is way cuter than his "old washed-up" The Cheat, and this insult starts a fight between the two characters.
