Namco is a popular video game company founded by Masaya Nakamura in 1955. They are best known for making video games and arcade games like Pac-Man, Dig Dug, and Galaxian.

- TROGDOR! — The intermission part with Trogdor chasing the peasants is a resemblance to the arcade game Pac-Man when he chases the ghosts during the intermission.
- Scrolling Shooter Games Menu — The layout for level 1 resembles Xevious.
- The layout for level 3 most likely resembles Galaga.
- Email caffeine — Strong Bad mispronounces the "TN" in the email sender's location (TN actually means Tennessee) as Tekken.
- Email the facts — The tune that Homestar Runner sings to in the Easter egg is the same tune as the intermission theme from Pac-Man.
- Email redesign (DVD commentary) — Matt Chapman mentions Pole Position, a racing game made by Namco.
- Doomy Tales of the Macabre — Pom Pom dresses up as Pooka, an enemy from the game Dig Dug. The Popsmith destroys him with a pixelated pump, one of the ways that Pookas are killed in the game.
- Halloween Safety — In an Easter egg, Crack Stuntman takes the form of Pac-Man while explaining he's the new spokesperson for HalloweenSafety.gov.
