Pinecones
From Homestar Runner Wiki
Pinecones are not often seen in the Homestar Runner universe, but the characters will frequently mention them, usually under strange circumstances. They have been pronounced "pimecones" on three occasions, and the characters reference eating them. They are also an ingredient of wood-davers (pinecone bird feeders).

- Email caffeine — Hyperactive Strong Sad tries to get Marzipan to make wood-davers with him, using pinecones and peanut butter.
- Email boring (really) — Wood-davers are mentioned again.
- Email secret recipes — Homestar Runner tries to get revenge on Strong Bad and The Cheat by putting a pinecone in a bowl and claiming it to be "
diaperregular pie". However, Homestar ends up eating it himself. - Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 15.2 — Bubs, desperate to go to the movies with someone, says he'd even take a lady pinecone.
- WarioWare D.I.Y. Compilation — In the first Peasant's Quest microgame, one of the word options is "pinecone".
- Mr. Poofers Must Die — Pinecones play a central role in the story, as Mr. Poofers steals them from Old Man Rootbeer and eats them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The word is pronounced "pimecone" throughout the toon. Strong Sad's story solely consists of the word "pimecone".
- Halloween Hijinks — Old Man Rootbeer says, "Sure beats painting pinecones!"
