These are all rejected costumes found in the Sketchbook (museum) and a secret page. These costumes never made it to a Halloween 'toon.

Strong Sad Oompa Loompa Oompa Loompas are tiny men who work for Willy Wonka in his Chocolate Factory. The come from Loompaland, an uncharted place full of Snozzwangers, Hornswogglers, wicked Whangdoodles, and vermicious k'nids, four classes of extremely dangerous creatures. They have different appearances in the two movie adaptations, Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory released in 1971 and Charlie & The Chocolate Factory released in 2005. Homestar Runner Hellboy Hellboy is a comic book character. He is a large red-skinned demon with a tail, horns broken off to stumps (which some fans mistook for goggles in early issues) and a big stone right hand (the Right Hand of Doom). Created by Mike Mignola, Hellboy's adventures have been chronicled in a sequence of comic book mini-series published by Dark Horse Comics. Wikipedia Article

Marzipan Trixie Trixie is a character in Speed Racer, A title of an English language adaptation of the Japanese anime "Mach Go Go Go" which centered around automobile racing. The series is an early example of an anime becoming a successful franchise in America. Marzipan Marge Simpson Marge Simpson is a cartoon character on the television show The Simpsons. She is the mother of three children named Bart, Lisa and Maggie. Coach Z Doug McKenzie Doug McKenzie, along with Bob, were a pair of fictional Canadian brothers who hosted The Great White North, a sketch which was introduced on SCTV for the show's third season when it moved to the CBC in 1980.
