Strong Bad and Marzipan rarely get along. Both have expressed dislike for each other on various occasions. However, there are rare moments when they cooperate.

Strong Bad's dislike for Marzipan

• In Search of the Yello Dello — Strong Bad boasts to Marzipan that he will not buy her a birthday present.
• The Reddest Radish — Strong Bad steals Marzipan's radish so he could win a competition.
• The Luau — Strong Bad intentionally plans a marshmallow roast on the same day as Marzipan's luau and then steals her firewood.

However, when talking to Marzipan, she will mention that she thinks Homestar dosen't like Strong Bad very much, one of the reasons he wasn't invited. She also explains she still holds a grudge for the stunt Strong Bad performed the last time she invited him to a party.
• Baddest of the Bands — Marzipan states that Strong Bad is not so awesome while writing an autograph for him. Strong Bad also mentions Marzipan "protested me into next week" after he accidentally dropped a gum wrapper into the pond.
