Even given this attitude, there have been many examples of various degrees of swearing on the website, both stated and implied.
Appearances
- Email trevor the vampire - Strong Bad says "What the f" before he stops typing.
- Email sugarbob - One of Strong Bad's IM messages uses lmao, standing for "laughing my ass off."
- Email cheat talk - The announcer (referring to sb email 22) says: " 'Check it out, this is going to be great. Just say "Screw all y'all!." ' And now on to Lesson 2: All the swears."
- Old Characters Page - Bubs' description says he makes "one helluva sno-cone".
- Third Games Menu and Second Games Menu - The title says it's "for the whole damn family!"

- Teen Girl Squad Issue 3 - Cheerleader thinks her elephant head is "hella tight."

- Email no loafing - Strong Bad says one of the posters (with the caption "Failure is not a 4-letter word") talks about cussing.
- Commandos in the Classroom - Pony Fights 2 is rated PG-13 for "Severe cussing and very illegal pony fights." Also, Reynold says "diaper biscuits" in a failed attempt to "swear a cuss". After he mentions about getting teen-pregnant, Gunhaver calls him a "Cheat Cuss-mando."
- In many toons, words like "crap" appear in some way or another.
- In Search of the Yello Dello - The deleted scenes had it where Deleted Scene 1 was deleted because of Homestar's "foul mouth," even though it's probably implying the "freaking ducks" as the foul language. Also, the secret deleted scene mentions that it was deleted because of Marzipan swearing, even though there's no evidence of swearing in the deleted scene.
- In the Hairstyle Runner game, one of the heads in the gallery is titled "smartass."
