Easter eggs

How the heck do you get easter eggs to appear? and come out. --GIR LOVER 211 01:22, 21 June 2008 (UTC)Gir lover

Its one of a variety of ways...the ways are usually found on the emails' and toons' DVD Version headlines. Look near the bottom of a toon's page for the DVD Version headline...if its not their, it's probably not on a DVD yet. DevonM(talk·cont-ribs) 02:44, 21 June 2008 (UTC)
Or, more specifically: in-toon pop-up eggs appear by changing the camera angle as you watch. At-the-end eggs appear by highlighting the appropriate icon (Strong Bad on strongbad_email.exe, and the H*R logo on Everything Else) and selecting it to play (this may not work on all DVD players). Eggs that lead to full scenes in toons (Homsar's Halloween appearances, Homsar's appearance in dragon) are incorporated directly into the toon, and don't require anything to select them. --DorianGray 04:44, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

Release Dates

This edit was recently made, with an observation that DVD exclusives don't include release dates. Should we go ahead and add dates to all of these pages? On the plus side, it'll make things more convenient for readers, myself included (sometimes I want to know the release date of a DVD thing, and have to go to the DVD page to find out). On the other hand, though, there are 57 DVD exclusives, and this would require editing every single page to avoid random inconsistency. It also might be a bit redundant, since the date of the toon is the same as the DVD. So I neither support nor oppose this change. Possibly leaning toward support. Is this a thing worth doing? Leaning toward nah, myself, for the reasons you mentioned: lots of editing to add redundant information. To me, "DVD Exclusive: strongbad_email.exe Disc X" covers it; if you want to know the release date, what you're really looking for is the DVD release date, and all you need to do is click the link to find it. If someone really wants to add dates it would be fine by me, but it's not a task I would feel motivated to undertake myself. Lira (talk) 16:56, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
