Kinda sorta. I'd chalk that one up to it claiming to be a reference to impression (which is doubtful).
But still, I don't see any reason why it couldn't be the case (it's not like uncanny things like that haven't happened before in HSR); just a debate as to whether it is the case. And unless TBC actually up and answer this for us (strongbad_email.exe DVD 5?), I don't think there'll ever be a widely-supported belief that it is the case.
