Are they ever going to fix this? I sent them an email about it, like, four years ago. I suppose I doesn't really matter as the text version is available... --[[User:84.65.22.233|84.65.22.233]] 20:50, 8 May 2007 (UTC)

I strongly suspect that the most recent edit--about the link to "Strong Bad's Bored Games" popping up if you left the page up a (suspiciously unspecified) while--is a hoax, but I didn't want to just go ahead and delete it without being absolutely sure (and the fact that the length of the "while" isn't stated makes it difficult to definitively falsify).  Can anyone verify for sure that this alleged Easter Egg doesn't exist? -- [[User:Alun Clewe|Alun Clewe]] 10:40, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

This needs a screenshot. -- AgentSeethroo

Well, I added a screenshot. It's of when Homestar says "Boring!". -woddfellow2 14:52, 2 Nov 2004 (MST)

[edit] Counter?

I don't see a "counter" counting down to when Homestar comes in. Perhaps it's my browser (Safari 1.2.4 on Mac OS X 10.3.6), but everything else seems to be the same on the entire H*R site. --oddtodd 14:31, 17 Nov 2004 (MST)

You're right. It doesn't exist. Removed the reference :) --Southpaw018 15:54, 17 Nov 2004 (MST)

Yes it is there, actually. You have to resize your browser window to make it much wider than it is tall, and you have to view the Flash file, not the HTML page. You will see a counter count from 0 to 25 in small black type to the left of the top part of the privacy policy window. After Homestar leaves, it goes back to 0 and stays at 0. --71.244.185.34 00:53, 12 Sep 2005 (UTC)

Yeah, I saw it. It's definitely there.--Jnelson09 23:21, 29 January 2006 (UTC)

And I'ma adding it. Thunderbird 18:44, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Viewing the whole thing works...

"You cannot view the entire terms of use unless you switch to text mode, highlight the text with your mouse, or use the scroll wheel on your mouse. In the normal legal page, the terms of use stops a couple of lines before Jurisdictional Issues. If you switch to text mode, highlight the text, or use a scroll wheel, you can see the entire terms of use including the Jurisdictional Issues section."

Seems to work fine for me. I can drag the Flash scroll bar and see the full text (the only other way I can think of than the above) and this works under both Safari 2.0 and Firefox 1.0.4. Did this issue get fixed on the h*r site?

[edit] DVD ref

one of the Strong Bad email DVDs, the FBI Warning has Homestar walking in and saying "Bo-ring!" --Coach J 18:09, 2 February 2006 (UTC)

Actually the DVD is referencing this page, as this page existed for a long time before the DVDs. It's already noted on the DVD page. --DorianGray
So I added it as a fast forward. Elcool (talk)(contribs) 18:25, 2 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Highlighting

You can highlight the words on the page. Also, if you find the number countdown on the flash file, you can highlight that too.--Jnelson09 18:19, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

Well, it is a TXT file. --DorianGray
Speaking of .txt files, where's the file_icon.gif that comes with the link? Is that overwritten by the hr.png? — Lapper (talk) 13:21, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
I see the regular hr.png logo. Elcool (talk)(contribs) 11:45, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
