Is the Egg at the end of [[dictionary]] an instance of Homestar MST3King? Yes, that is the term for it. Take my word for it. Anyway, it seems to blatantly obvious yet highly  controverial. I want to add it but I can really see it being deleted. So I say we discuss: instance or conincidence? As stated above, it say '''instance''', but it this really should be given the opinion of others first. Anyone else? The last reference seems to simply state, "h*r once referenced a movie ''MST3K'' happened to reference before it".  For the record, the manner in which I heard of ''Santa Claus Conquers the Martians'' has nothing at all to do with ''MST3K'': one of the classrooms where I went to high school had the poster on display.  Should we remove this?  I also started thinking of the people who became introduced to ''Santa Claus Conquers the Martians'' through Cinemassacre or Agony Booth or maybe even VHS instead. {{User:Bad Bad Guy/sig}} 01:35, 10 October 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Keep?

"Rando" looks too generic to me. There's only one clear reference. Besides, even if "Rando" is a MST3K reference, that's still only two. We don't make pages for everything that has been mentioned twice, do we? --Jay (Talk) 22:03, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

No, and TBC have a knack for taking a few letters out of words to make ones that are about the same, so "rando" probably isn't a reference. If there is any support to keep this page, then we also need to clean it up. The page (no offense, creator) looks just awful. DevonM(talk·cont-ribs) 22:09, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

Unless there are more refs, this page isn't really a keeper. Heimstern Läufer 22:10, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Is One Thing Not Like The Others?

The last reference seems to simply state, "h*r once referenced a movie MST3K happened to reference before it". For the record, the manner in which I heard of Santa Claus Conquers the Martians has nothing at all to do with MST3K: one of the classrooms where I went to high school had the poster on display. Should we remove this? I also started thinking of the people who became introduced to Santa Claus Conquers the Martians through Cinemassacre or Agony Booth or maybe even VHS instead. The public at large (especially the 18-24 year old crowd H*R is targeted at) generally knows about the film because of the MST3K episode. --DorianGray 01:38, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
I should probably have mentioned that one of the teachers who used that classroom loved Mystery Science Theater 3000. BBG 01:41, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
Also, the fact that they've made other references to that episode (see #2) kind of confirms the reference. --Mario2.PNG Super Martyo boing! 02:55, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
