:: Even so, you can make a case that that was just to make it fit the verse. And he's certainly never called "The Strong Bad" at any other time—including, most significantly, in the opening credits for the parsnip toon, which I think we ought to regard as the official versions of 1936 characters' names. This is like listing The Cheat as "Cheat" because of the one line in one toon "kickin' Cheats in the hereafter": an isolated reference does not establish a character's name, especially if it contradicts all the other references to that character.

Here comes The Strong Bad...

Why "The Strong Bad"? 1936 Strong Bad isn't called "The Strong Bad"; he's just called "Strong Bad". See e.g. the opening credits for the parsnips toon. --165.123.194.239 15:15, 28 Oct 2004 (MST)

In Ballad of The Sneak, the Barbershop Trio refers to him as The Strong Bad. --Kilroy 08:54, 28 Oct 2004 (MST)
Even so, you can make a case that that was just to make it fit the verse.
I have to agree; I think he may have been referred to as "Sir Strong Bad" more than "The Strong Bad" - and I'm a little reluctant to call him that either. He's just 1936 Strong Bad. Should we start calling the 1936 equivalent of Homestar's girlfriend "The Marzipan"? --Jay 12:35, 15 Dec 2004 (MST)

I think it's time for a rename. NOW. --Trogga 15:20, 24 Jan 2005 (MST)

The Strong Mustache

His moustache moves in a way very similiar to the way Strong Bad's head moves when he's answering emails. --No Parking 16:37, 28 Dec 2004 (MST)

As do all of the citizens of Free Country, USA who have moustaches (The King of Town, and The Announcer). It can be assumed that TBC uses the moustache as a "mouth", so it moves when people talk. --Gafaddict 19:10, 14 Mar 2005 (MST)

Sir Strong Bad

Isn't his name Sir Strong Bad? That's what he was called in 50 emails. --Gafaddict 22:55, 23 Apr 2005 (UTC)

He was only called that once, yet he's usually just called "Strong Bad". --Trogga 15:09, 28 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Isn't he Uncle Strong Bad? That's what he calls himself. --Cedric J. Lessig 3:57 p.m., 9 Nov 2005

See previous answer. --DorianGray

Whose Parlor Tricks?

If you'll see in alternate universe, when Strong BAd travels to the past, with his old self doing parlor tricks, the sign reads "Strong Bd and his Goode-Time Parlor Tricks." Could this mean that his name is just "Strong Bad"? If that's true, the page title's have to stay though.--Th' Duck 9:11 PM, 11/18/06
