When I shoot performers and rescue clowns, ''nothing happens''. Nothing whatsoever. Though the laser's animation appears, the game acts as though I didn't do anything at all — indeed, it gives me the opportunity to switch to the other laser. :I observe something similar to this playing the PC version. If I shoot a laser, but respond quickly enough, I can fire a bubble instead and the bubble will take effect. Or vice-verse. :::I've noticed it's possible to collide with a clown or performer and still shoot or rescue them, so I wouldn't be surprised if you could both shoot and rescue something too. I've never noticed it, true, but it wouldn't surprise me. --[[User:Belthazar|Belthazar]] 05:09, 22 November 2008 (UTC)

Anyone figure out a strategy for this game?  My reaction time must suck.. I just can't seem to consistently dodge the stale circus treats.  {{User:OptimisticFool/sig}} 08:02, 21 November 2008 (UTC)

:I didn't find this too hard - I managed to reach the awesomeness requirement on my very first attempt. =) It's just a matter of being able to dodge in the right direction fast. And recognise which direction is the right one fast. Use your bomb if you're in trouble. Not really sure what else to say but "improve your reaction time" - that's basically what this game is all about, a reaction-time tester. To be able to quickly recognise an object and take the appropriate response. --[[User:Belthazar|Belthazar]] 08:21, 21 November 2008 (UTC)

::That, and I actually see the bomb as a hindrance. When you can use it, you might as well dodge, but if you didn't dodge right or something, it's too late to use it. That, and it sets your "To Save" meter to 1. This gets you to the next level fast, and quickly gets you to harder levels with lower points. I just use it on the first level when I have one left to save anyway, so I don't accidentally use it again later. {{User:Superfield Credit Union/sig}}

:::Aye, I generally save the bomb until after I've already reached the 15,000 mark, just to see how far I can get. By the third Black Hole, though, I'm pretty much colliding every time. (Mind you, even around Venus, you should still have about a second to react before you can't avoid a collision, and that's plenty of time. ::::Okay, I found a nice little strategy that works beautifully on the PC.  Stick and move until things start to get a bit too close.. then do everything on Pause!  Yee haw!  You can pause, hit a fire button, and when you unpause, whatever you've fired will find its target.  Pause each time something first enters the field of view and the game is a piece of cake.  This makes dodging a bunch easier, too, but you have to tap away at the arrow key ''after'' unpausing.  Neato.  (P.S. The reason I had such a hard time to begin with was because I didn't know that the direction you move mattered .. how stupid of me.)  =]  {{User:OptimisticFool/sig}} 09:03, 22 November 2008 (UTC)

Didn't you wonder why the objects always seemed to come at you from different sides of the screen? I didn't find this too hard - I managed to reach the awesomeness requirement on my very first attempt. =) It's just a matter of being able to dodge in the right direction fast.
