sb_email 22

Hey guys, I need your vote. Should we move sb_email 22 to it's slot on the actual Strong Bad Email Menu, or kept where it is currently? I thought I would ask, as I have figured out the coding required to move the email. CoachZiscool1978

You mean on the Strong Bad Email article? I'm on the fence. On the one hand, the current menu makes it clear that these emails are meant to be watched in release order. But on the other hand, they would no longer be listed chronologically. sb_email 22 seems to take place earlier than it was released, which might confuse viewers who watch it between vacation and invisibility. lBryIxA.png Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 23:36, 2 January 2021 (UTC)
Oh hey Gfdgsgxgzgdrc, I meant on this page, but I guess it could apply to Strong Bad Email as well, if you wanted. Very hard dilemma, huh? CoachZiscool1978
Oh, I see. I was confused, because sb_email 22 had already been moved up by the time I saw your question. I'm still on the fence regarding Strong Bad Email, but on this page, it should definitely be up there to show its place on the actual menu. lBryIxA.png Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 02:30, 3 January 2021 (UTC)
I agree with Gfd, I think this page should reflect the menu order. I'm fine with leaving the main Strong Bad Email with the numerical order. --Stux 04:40, 3 January 2021 (UTC)
So... Are we keeping that piece of trivia at the bottom of this page discussing sb_email 22's position or not? Asking for a The Cheat. CoachZiscool1978

Time Format

Addressing this edit: as far as I'm aware, the only reason the wiki tells time that way (at least on the Toons article) is because that was the format the website used, which is no longer true. I think this page and Toons should be updated to use the current time format to accurately reflect their respective menus. lBryIxA.png Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 23:36, 2 January 2021 (UTC)

I agree, consistency with the website is a fantastic idea! Should we get on that? CoachZiscool1978
I dunno... I prefer reading "6:52" over "06 min 52 sec". I think consistency within the wiki is more important than matching the website's format. Lira (talk) 23:48, 2 January 2021 (UTC)
Hm... You got a point, I just realised that if we went through with this, we would have to change nearly 1000 pages, I don't think any of us have the sanity to do that. No offense if you do. CoachZiscool1978
As the dumb animal character who made the edit, I think we should keep the current format for readability. Guybrush20X6 00:16, 3 January 2021 (UTC)
Oh no, I didn't mean changing the format for every single page. I too prefer the 0:00 format, and I think it should be the standard for most of the wiki. However, these two pages (Toons and Strong Bad Email Menu) are intended to reflect their respective menus (even going so far as to include mistakes and inaccurate running times), so the format should be kept consistent with the website in these two cases. Then, if you want to read the time in the wiki's standard format, you can see the time on the toon's article or Toons by Length. lBryIxA.png Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 02:30, 3 January 2021 (UTC)
Oh, Now I like that idea! It allows us to be consistent with the website, but only in places where we need to be! But even then, we still have to change most of the links on most toon and game pages to reflect the site's redesign. Should we do it? CoachZiscool1978

List of scroll button songs?

The article says that you can listen to scroll button songs at random but I'm wondering if they're all included. Specifically, I've been at the Compy menu for a few minutes clicking through scroll button songs and haven't yet heard the one featuring Coach Z. Are others missing as well?--Bobo the King 11:42, 3 January 2021 (UTC)

I'm pretty sure only select Scroll Button songs were put in. And I do think we should add a list of the included songs to the page.
