How is it found?

How is this toon found on the DVD? I can't find it, it's NOT in the bonus stuff menu. --Homsar999 18:42, 14 Nov 2004

Oh yes it is. Bonus Stuff Menu on Disc One. It's just hidden. I wouldn't know how to find it on an actual DVD player, but on my PC, I just moused up to the right of the BONUS STUFF header. --TheNintenGenius 17:54, 13 Nov 2004 (MST)
You just highlight "Bonus Email 1" and keep pressing right until you see a Strong Bad icon, then press ENTER/PLAY. -woddfellow2| 15:41, 13 Dec 2004 (MST)

Not old drawing style

This is not old drawing style. Homestar looks perfectly recent.

Ah, but notice Strong Bad's eyes and the color of Marzipans Dress.

And Homestar's lighter outline, and the lack of shading on the characters, Strong Bad's mexican accent, Strong Mad not talking, The King of Town's shinier crown, Strong Sad's longer arms... -Poopsmith Z

How does Marzipan sound?

How does Marzipan sound like on which episode? --80.217.162.254 03:53, 26 Mar 2005 (MST) Insertformulahere

She sounds like Strong Sad, Viklas. -Poopsmith Z

LUTE?!?

"Hold! Whilst thy banter is the freshest of any month-old fruit, I must away, you poppinjays! I'm off to find me lute! Forsooth!" How do we know it's not supposed to be "I'm off to find me loot!" instead of "lute?" →evin290 19:28, 26 Jan 2005 (MST)

Er, because he's seen playing a lute later in the toon? And because "lute" fits the context much better? (He thinks he's a bard.) --Jay 20:37, 26 Jan 2005 (MST)
  • That's True... The first time I saw it I just assumed he said "loot." Oh well...

Closed STUFF

These were on the STUFF page and declined. If you wish to contest the removal of any of these, post a comment here (make sure it won't be confused with any of the original votes).

The Only Time? (Declined)

This is the ONLY toon where the voice of Marzipan isn't supplied by Missy (it's supplied by Matt)

  • Neutral What about mile? Maybe it is, maybe not. --ED!smilde
    • Probably not. Mike does all the voices in the Powered By the Cheat cartoons. --acekirby13
  • Neutral, because I have no idea where this fun fact was. This really should be in one of the toon categories. --Upsilon
    • Probably Tis True, Pom Pom, Tis True. And yeah, I created the "General" category for things that DIDN'T apply to one specific 'toon... gah... --Jay 06:46, 20 Dec 2004 (MST)
      • Okay then, I've put this FF here, for the time being at least. But I still don't have a vote, since I haven't seen the toon and don't have the DVD (still, only four more days 'till I do!). --[[User:Upsilon|Upsilon]]
        • On the other hand, perhaps not. Humbug. --Upsilon

Screenshot

How de crap do jou get a screenshot for de DVD? Like, from off de TV? I would kill some juy to know dat right dere, jou know. --VolatileChemical 00:52, 3 Jun 2005 (UTC) Get a DVD drive for your computer. Most DVD Players should have a Capture tool. That's what I use, anyway.

I's

Does anybody know what font the word FiNiSH is written in? I'm trying to see if there is enough reason for there to be a page about an inside joke of lowercase i's that should be uppercase, so I want to know if it's Strong Bad's handwriting or not. small_logo.pngUsername-talk 03:17, 11 Jul 2005 (UTC)

Just checked. Definitely nothing like SB's handwriting. Still lowercase "i"s in an otherwise-all-caps word. --Jay (Talk) 04:44, 20 Jul 2005 (UTC)

What are they really saying?

When Homestar first sees everyone in his delusion, everything they say sounds like echos. But I'm not sure that the "echos", especially for Marzipan's second line and Strong Sad's line, match what Homestar hears. However, I can't make out exactly WHAT they're saying. Thoughts? --Jay (Talk) 04:52, 20 Jul 2005 (UTC)

Yes those two echoes definitely do not matching what they say. It sounds like Strong Sad is really saying "Welllll, <something> four year" and I can't get Marzipan's words at all except it sounds like the last thing she says is a whimper. --Tracey

Marzipan? Crap?

I believe that this may be the first time that Marzipan has said "Crap." -Fizz123

Strong Sad is Dressed As...

I am really convinced Strong Sad is dressed as a nun, not a monk. Monks don't wear those winged white hats, plus the robe design of white against black is more like a nun's. Someone back me up on this please. --Tracey

It sounds like you may be on to something. I don't have my discs with me to check, so hopefully someone else will see this note. — It's dot com 02:21, 13 Sep 2005 (UTC)

This is the key point to my being here. 'Somebody make a big deal out of this!' --Tracey
